LA County Department of Public Social Services, Pomona CA

Horrible service. Alot of clie ts and only a few workers. Mt case was screwed up and passed through 20 workers in a month and nobody was able to resolve the problem. I sat on the phone for 6 days straight 4 hours at a time dealing with them. I was also forwarded between workers multiple times and every worker was lazy and burried my case. I had to go to office finally for someone to fix it. I waited 2.5 hours to see a sar7 worker

It was difficult to get in here, my paperwork for lost and I had to redo. I submitted everything I was asked and had to visit here 3 times and it seems all for nothing.

They have come a long way. You don't have to wait like you used to. Plus the staff there is amazing.

Perfect, they serve you quickly, you have to arrive early to leave soon, but it's good, they give a quick response

Understanding with all situation's when you act appropriate an conduct your self professionally an like an Adult

This place is a joke. They need to communicate better. Between workers! They had me going back and forth. From the Asian lady to the chicana tight dressed to the big lady. Each one said something different. Training definitely needed!

Wasn't quick, wasn't slow, they weren't rude, they weren't awesome, it just is what it is, what you expect? You don't like it? Get a JJOBB!

It was not good they wouldn't let me take my service dog in there they jumping me out of my money they just is not right down there and the manager needs to be evaluated

Line was long when I got there, but that's too be expected. Lot of homeless and drug addicts also to be expected. I was in and out of there Within a hour. Upside there is security in the building. But just watch yourself and your surroundings because you never know.

We have been sitting on hold multiple times just to be hung up on after waiting for hours. My fiancé has made phone appointments 2 days in a row, and both days body called and then they send a message saying that we missed the phone call! Now her kids health insurance can’t get renewed and the baby has an appointment to go to this month. Who the heck is running this place!?

Security at this place threw my $20 box cutter in the trash instead of putting it in a safe spot. But lighters they were holding onto people left and right. I don’t know who employs these people but they owe me a new cutter. Plus they are rude as hell

DPSS #36 has targeted me by misusing personal information for other purposes than serving me POSITIVELY, they waste my time by having all these different unknown caseworkers who do not assist but more so participate together by not offering me the assistance I need and creating on the spot policies that they use as excuses not to be able to properly assist me to be successful. Mr Neal & Mrs. Ruby Real are horrible Deputy’s/ Authorities here and they do not assist but rather waste time. I feel LA County DPSS is a big money making scheme getting money from benefit theft while they demand personal information to use against me in need. I have experienced predatory treatment without proper assistance leading me to failure. On Friday I spoke to 10 different people and know one could assist me this is an organized Governmental agenda La county Board of Supervisor, CDSS
, DPSS, La county 211 and Organizations such as Volunteers of America all failing to issue me proper assistance while denying me adequate resources or no resources at all while others report to get all the resources they need. I would like to be asked what I’m in need of or what housing assistance I need my 1 case worker just be able to assist me without wasting time or causing stress by denying me help adequately and making sense we are in a inflated economy

In 6 months I've received NO HELP WHATSOEVER. This whole program is a waste of taxes and just creates jobs for USELESS PEOPLE.

The Best County Office In Los Angeles County. Customer service Representatives are very respectful, polite, courteous, and very helpful as well as being fast professional and efficient. The front door security team is awesome! Very professional energetic and friendly and respectful to all that enters into the building.

The facility was clean and thecworkers were very helpful and professional. The wait was maybe 5 mins to see someone who helped me with rverything I needed.
