The manager is nice, helped my problem. BUT! The man at in frond of the desk is soooooooo terrible, they charge me twice
for the monthly fee, he definitely knows that and he says I am wrong, is my bank’s problem. Also he was keeping talk on phone and ignoring my question NO sorry at all, bad attitude. Never come again!
Be careful! Sometimes they change twice on monthly fee!

It’s not fair that new members have to pay twice $40 as much to start for initiation then old members having to pay near $10 or $25 per month

I'm not sure what's with the low reviews. I guess for a gym with an expensive membership, people have really high expectations. I, however, am very pleased with my experience at this LA fitness. Sure, it's not two stories like some of the others, but it has everything I need, and I haven't seen it busy to the point where machines were full. The staff are helpful and friendly. The pool and jacuzzi is nice. People complained about the sauna being shared between men and women, but I personally like that. You can go in with your friends, and it's easily accessible from the pool.

This gym is to small and they don't encourage sanitizing after use. I only seen two sanitizer stations in the whole building. The only pro to this place is the helpful and welcoming staff members.

Good gym to your strength and have cardio glasses too. I started working out their when Baileys Fitness manged the club.

I think the need close at 8pm on weekends, we need more for what we pay. I think when esporta take the location, bring more options to keep this gym on top.

The guy cleaning in the morning is rude, when you ask him a question he answers with an attitude. Should consider cleaning the sauna right when the gym opens that way we can use it when we need to.

Biggest complaint are the dumbbells. They’re not organized at all and the staff members either don’t care to do something about it or they know it’s a waste of time because people don’t have the decency to put them back where they go.

Keeps me young! Nice people, great facity, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, very clean safe, good job! Thank you.

The place is not maintained. Equipment is not maintained. Showers not well kept
Restrooms dirty. Hot tub water is green. Management does not care.

My least favorite LA Fitness location so far. It’s pretty small and there’s constantly equipment in need of repair.

Also, multiple times I had workouts interrupted by staff to make idle chit chat and was asked by staff for personal/social media info which I did not give out. I’m pretty sure the 2 staffers who were pushiest are no longer employed.

I moved away a month ago and won’t be back.

I wish the sauna wasn't open to the pool should have separate ones for men and females. The gym is very good also needs the water fillers for when you bring water bottles.

I have restarted going after COVID-19 but should have started sooner. Sometimes it is a bit noisey, but I always get on the equipment I want.

I stopped the service, found out they kept charging me after 4-5 months! I called to ask for refund, as usual bunch of in professional people don’t care, they asked me who you talked to? Will get back to you! Forget it, never again!

First off I love the LA fitness brand but my experience with this location was not good. I tried the trial I’d recommend this if you are considering using this gym as it gets very busy. I was issued a 3 day pass by I a very pushy sales person then I tried to use the pass the next day and was told it expired even though I had 2 more days on it. The gym was so busy I just left glad I didn’t sign up like they wanted me too.
