This location sucks their equipment is always broken 2 plus months to get it going showered are nasty. And when I let the manager Savanna know she extra rude stating that it's us the members that mess it up I guess I bring in my own mold and leave it in your showers. But what can you expect from the manager Savanna I mean she does where the same pants every day

Love the pool because it's cleaner. The showers need more attention like disinfectanting and new curtains because there's a bunch of mold on them. Bring back the rubber mats over the drain in the ladies entrance to the pool because someone fell there a couple of weeks ago and I slipped there and caught the wall with my shoulder.

When I spoke to Savannah from LA fitness, she provided some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. When I asked her about their policies and procedures about parking overnight. She explained thoroughly and made sure I understood. Thank you again Savannah for being very kind thorough and giving awesome customer service experience. I hope your manager sees this. Savannah needs a raise

I've never been to a LA Fitness like this in that they NEVER have someone to stand behind the desk when you walk in to actually have someone to greet members.they have the scanner set up.very impersonal.

This gym has a wide selection of exercise equipment and very few users which means short to no lines for your workouts! In that regard it's probably the best gym in the area.

Yeah the sauna or water machine is probably broken, but I don't care

I went online and found the 3 day pass to try out the gym. When I arrived I meet with a guy at the counter who asked if I received a QR code and I checked my text and email and found no QR code. Another guy came from the back and asked me what I was doing there and was rude after waiting for approximately 20 min. I had some people warn me about their service here and now I can see with my own 2 eyes that they were telling me the truth about how badly managed this location is. I do not recommend

The swimming pool is mostly out of order. So is the steam room.
The equipment is old and keeps breaking down! It takes weeks to fix!

Tried to sign up for a trial pass and then a membership but their website keeps saying "enter a valid phone number". Obviously I know my phone number is valid and I even tried patiently to use every possible format in existence. Learn how to manage a website. That is an odd oversight from a company so large. Nice user experience.

LA Fitness Redlands is great very good employees and great gym. Vivian, Nicole, Savanah, and Jeny do great work and great customer service.

Not sure what's going on but it seems to look like a mini mall, people were selling fake eyelashes and costume jewelry and and food. I have never seen a gym do that.

I absolutely love this location. It's doesn't have as much as other locations but I really enjoy the environment. Only knock against this place is the sauna in the men's locker room is always broken. It's probably operational 3 to 4 days a month.

The safe were friendly and helpful. The equipment is lay down spaciously so no over crowding.

I walked in to get a tour of the place before signing up. I checked the local gyms, as well as PF and 24Hr, and this was the most complete service out there. The trainers are really down to earth people that you can talk to without getting some unnecessary quip back at you. They have a heated pool that feels great to go a few laps in after a good workout, they have tona of activites to keep you moving, as well as regularly scheduled and fun activities if juat working out isn't enough. They even have me since free training sessions, which other gyms don't usually do. I'm absolutely glad I joined this gym. The best part is that no creepy guys have hit on me in the jacuzzi or the sauna, that's always a plus.

Tired old gym. 20 + years old and needs some TLC. Mostly always clean. Hours are terrible. Since the pandemic. Closes at 5 pm Sat and Sun. Ridiculous. Closes at 10 pm Mon thru Thurs and closes at 9 pm on Fridays. And they are not budging. Staff is friendly. Although they come and go quickly. Poorly management. Really poor management.
Men's sauna has been out of commission for months and they are just leaving it that way. Pool is crumbling and the ceiling is falling in. Not for new members. So many better and less expensive choices. I only keep this membership because it's not crowded bc no one new is joining. It's a hard sell, but I've had it for a very long time. It's close to my house. Look for the whole chain to be out of business soon. And this location to close first. Doesn't seem like they are even trying.

Hours are horrible. Staffs are nice and friendly. Looks like the issue with the poorly management.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Showers and bathrooms are a dump. The members are nice but staff was horrible.
