Great place to work out. People working there are Pretty good plan on losing Weight, but be careful when you get home you will be Hungary but remember Gym is open for awhile you can go back for another workout

I have been a patron of this location for a few years now. At this point, I may be canceling my subscription. As I was leaving the gym I just happened to overhear a conversation about yet, another break in. Someone had broken the window of a young man's car and stole his medications. Not only any medication, it was is cancer medications. I felt so bad for him. It was disheartening. He was waiting for MVPD to come help out. I really hope the police helped him retrieve whatever was stolen and that the gym also helps him in some way or form. Like I said, this is I believe the 4th or 5th time I have heard of someone's vehicle being vandalized at this location. It is not safe. And if this young man happens to read this here is my advice: If the police or the gym don't help you in some way and/or you have any setbacks due to your condition and lack of medication I would not only bring charges against the thief, I would also sue LA Fitness who does care enough to offer security. I would also include the City of Moreno Valley. It is just ridiculous the amount of crime in this city. How can you feel safe living in this town anymore?

A family member had his vehicle broken into and property including medication stolen. Don't start or renew membership at this gym. For your own good pick another place. They do not care. There is no security on site. I'm sure if corporate would care enough they would put some system in place. They do at other gyms so, ladies that show up alone at opening/closing time (while still dark) please be careful.

Moved to the area in I see cars get broken into a lot I’m from the Dino I wish I would catch someone in my car in the reviews so on point I’m not gonna waste my time going

Cars keep getting broken into. I understand it's not directly the gym's fault but if it is a reoccurring pattern then they should hire security for the parking lot. The day street la fitness has security.

Very bad service, they do not notify you of the terms and conditions, they do everything quickly so you do not regret it, I went the day before to cancel and they charged me again, they are rats

I’ve been going to different gyms for the past 20 years and this one is the worst on re-racking. Gym equipment is everywhere. Not even the trainers or staff re-rack.

Don’t give this place your money. Just go to a planet fitness to save yourself the hassle.

This place has had one problem after the next this year. Pool closed for several weeks because ceiling material fell into it. Then jacuzzi was broken for a few weeks. Now the hot water doesn't work and you can't shower. It's takes forever for them to fix things.

If I could give this gym negative stars I would. They signed me up for training services and never once reached out to me about scheduling services. I’ve called and texted the “head trainer” and they claim they’ll call me to schedule services not once did they. The manager Juan who signed me up at the time said I’d be on MONTH TO MONTH. When I attempted to cancel because no one ever reached back out to me about scheduling training services they said I’d owe $900 to just cancel. They give out false advertisement and do not care about their members. Their customer services is the absolute worse. They also altered documents stating I used the training services which I never did. They lie and scheme their guests. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Gym is unorganized, women's showers need to be cleaned better, the greeters are mostly nice, the new "GM" is rude on two different occasions we had with him. Canceling my membership.

The gym is cool but avoid that sauna. You'll suffer a pine sol death. Chest and eyes burn within seconds of entering.

Been going for about 2 months now. I go at about 730 to beat the rush hour, it's usually not too bad but still can be extremely busy.

Dbs are never in the right place, but honestly I don't mind. I usually find what I need. Machines are usually available when I need them, unless someone is taking forever. In that case, I'll do something else till they are done.

Over all not bad. At first some machines broken for a week, but haven't seen that since.

Update they have been working on getting the kids off the gym equipment when they are not working out and they placed signs on the Sauna door saying don't pour liquid on the rocks.people are asking can they pour liquid on the side rail so that's better then not asking at all. 5 stars for trying to get the right.

Pros: Variety of equipment, pool, suana, friendly staff, kids club, various programs, clean bathrooms/locker rooms.

Cons: dirty equipment, very busy at peak hours, poor gym etiquette by members, terrible lighting, gym overall could use some TLC.

I love this gym, it has it all! The only bad thing is that it is almost always full, especially in the afternoon
