26All the men that work at this gym are pretty wack! We need more females. The only female that has any brains at this gym is kassandra.
Good hours, a few broken machines, but they service then and have otherwise good facilities. Gets the job done. I usually run on the treadmill and a bit of weight machines. Friendly staff and parking is always available.
Nice quiet gym where the unfit person won't fell self conscious. Nice mix of people there at varying degrees of fitness. The personal trainers seem to really know their stuff.
Don't be suprised if the yoga instructor tells you to leave the room when your warming up or stretching in your own corner he said "Im going to ask you to leave, it's dictracting for others" If you ever see him this whitetrash mofo in the yoga class just be prepared to be forced to leave.
The gym has potential, its very clean, the people that workout are serious and friendly. THIS GYM COULD USE 2 MORE BENCH BARS, WEIGHTS AND MORE VENTILATION.
Not the newest location so some of the machines could be replaced. Overall not a bad location though.
