It appears too difficult to comprehend to wear a mask while inside the gym and staff doesn't enforce it either. Good gym, but members do not abide by mask policy

It’s supposed to be open I got here at 6: 45 and it’s closed, I hear the music I see the lights on

NO MASKS! This is totally unacceptable, 95% of the people including employees were no wearing maks (having a mask on and not covering your mouth or nose doesn't do anything). To add salt to the wound all the machines were within 6' of each other. I only recently got a pass and for none of the employees to not even care, makes me rethink my pass.

One more thing, the employees at the counter don't even look at the thermometer when they take your temperature, I feel totally unsafe here.

The machines are fancy and cool, but I didn't see any spin bikes available for use outside the classroom. I was bummed about that.

Came to check this place out and it was really cool, i would definitely recomend it to anyone that would be interested.

I joined here and I love it! I have been a member of several other gyms throughout my life and I find this to be the cleanest, most professional, biggest gym with machines that are always in working order and always dusted and clean. The staff is excellent too. This time I hired a personal trainer and I am seeing amazing results. I found the staff to be kind and interested in my goals and not pushy at all. So far, I have had an excellent experience in my four months here.

Plates left around in some walking areas, Dumbells scattered and never put back numerically (a handful of them are damaged and scuffed), I don't know of its cause im new to the state but no one unracks their weights.

I’ve been a member here for over 10 years. And I’ve stuck with them through a locker theft, renovations, and a price 50% higher than the competition. Because they’re not a bad gym. At one point I had my whole family going here. But one by one they’ve dropped out. I’m considering dropping out too. They run a boiler room in sales, overbooking the facility, and now there’s no parking and no availability on the equipment. When I complained, because frankly time is valuable and gym time some of the most valuable of all, the front desk staff laughed at me. Not recommended.

Trudi in the Step Class is a good leader but not a good teacher. Pick it up fast or.oh, well. She's not conscience of beginners or people new to her class.

Family been going there for over 5 years. LA fitness has not adjusted to the market. Planet Fitness gives you a clean alternative for 1/3 the price. 24 hr fitness / UFC will do whatever to get your business. Today to keep me they offered to drop the price $5 but pay an initiation fee that when amortized only saves me $1. Not bright people. Now losing $800 yr in revenue over 5 years $4k. Lets remember these are banks with machines. Cashflow, Cashflow, Cashflow.

For its size, it’s a great gym. Wish there was more squat racks and more area to do stretches and deadlift but overall it’s clean and staff is friendly

Big shout out to Kourtney who works at the front desk. Super friendly and greets with a huge smile. More people like her need to be hired because that type of energy is what makes me want to come to the gym!

I like this gym. The people are cool. One day i challenged myself to an hour in the treadmill at about the 29th minute my phone fell from the platform and on to the treadmill. My gets wedged under the machine as it rotated and severely cracking my screen to where it was inoperable. I told the front office and they that the best they can do is file a incident notice until the following Tuesday.meanwhile I go to apple and fix my phone and it costed me $182. I did feel partially responsible for not having my phone put away but I at least hoped that management could at least help me out with the bill. I knew it was a long shot but I still respectfully approached management to see if there we could find a solution.
The manager, Mel, stated that it was pretty much my fault for having my phone out in ‘vulnerable’ surroundings where it could potentially be damaged. I kinda agreed but I also asked if there was any liability for the machines if they break or damage people’s property regardless of ‘surroundings’. That’s when a foul pungent smell came between us and I know it wasn’t me because soon after she cracked a little smirk and at that point I knew she wanted me to leave.so I left.
But the gym people are cool tho!

This place is clean and not stuffy. Most of the time are clean, once in a while I see trashy young kids make a mess and did not clean up after themselves. Serveral times I have seen the management making their round and had to pick the used paper towels on the floor because the cleaning person is busy cleaning up other area.

Im dissapointed wirh the morning n evening CLEANING CREW.it seems as though it doesnt matter what time you come here the MACHINES ARE SWEATY N MUCH MORE SWEATY.ive been coming here for ALMOST 3 yrs now, I came from the ine on Arlington in Riverside. I woyld like to see CLEAN MACHINES

This club is basically very clean and up to date. I had one issue yesterday. The pool floor was being scrubbed with toxic fumes and no ventelation or notification to incoming clients that pool was under maintenance and to use at your own risk. Had I known, I would have changed my plans. Instead I suffered the harsh fumes and bad smell. Why was there no sign posted? ?

This place not the same management & employee's are letting this place go. The locker room a mess & smell pretty bad. Your customers are paying for your service so service the place well or don't bother charging your monthly bills.

Nice place to workout. Would give it 6 stars, but they need to do a better job of maintaining the exercise equipment. Some items have been broken for a year or more, after the item has been reported to them numerous times.
