I have a 9 year old Belgian Malinois who HATES the vet & I can’t thank Dr. Herrick enough for making both of us feel safe & spoke us through the entire process. Shout out to Felix who did his X-rays and had so much patience and reassured how well he did. They both never saw him as an issue or problem just treated him like any other dog. It’s hard taking your dog with muzzle on to the vet but they made it feel to safe & comfortable. The front office is great as well and answered all my questions and worked with my work schedule

Do not bring your pet here, my dog died a month later and I brought it there for teeth cleaning, they even messed up on the blood drawn and pricked both legs
The place is dirty inside and you will be waiting an hour from your appointment time for the doctor to show face
I am not lying
If you care about your pet, if you consider your pet part of the family, I urge you not to bring your dog here

When I first found this place, I taught it was amazing, I recommend this place to a lot of my friends, cause if my cockatiels were showing signs of illnes, they gave me same day appointments, the doctor was so loving and caring with them. But after pandemia, 2 beloved birds died because the doctor was out of town and because they didn’t have appointments. You should open a gap for animals that they don’t show signs of illnesses like birds, until they’re feeling really sick, and their health decreased pretty fast. Now I’m heartbroken I couldn’t find any other avian vet available and my baby passed.my Julie was an important part of my family.

No stars. Parking is terrible. Prices are exaggerated. Staff is colder than the room itself. Appointments are pointless.

More than 75% more affordable than the other pet dentist I visited. Very chill staff who explained things and reviewed after care well. Highly recommend!
