6This place is a great place. I love the way they care for the patients. The facility is very clean and smells really good. The social worker there (Gudellia R.) Is amazing she really care about the patients health. I feel comfortable with my parent being there with staff that really cares. Also a nurse by the name Calvin is great as well. The nursing home is comfortable.
I am not allow too talk to my mom they keep on disconnect us I miss talking to her I don't even know how she is doing the people that work there takes her things the doctor hasn't even call my is supposed to have treatment I have heard nothing
My mother was a patient for a week sent by St. Jude after seeing the facility I couldn't believe how unsanitary and filthy the place was, the rug throughout the facility has never been cleaned since the place opened and they have the nerve to put the word hospital on the sign. If the owners were sick would they want to spend the night in their own facility? Pull the rug up! They are under staffed and should not take on more than they can handle which is a licensing issue. Most of the staff were attentive to my mom's needs
But there is a issue of a person privacy that will be addressed.
Poor Facility with poor management (Michelle). Manager feels it is okay to allow staff (Donnie & Dianne) pick up a phone call "Who is this" after I had been waiting on hold for 20 minutes and already stated my reason for contacting the office. Poor communication between themselves and other facilities. Absolutely rude and treat people with no respect. Claims to be 5 star Facility. False.
During these covid times this facility has totally impressed me. Taking great care of my mom and I appreciate every employee!
This place is HORRIBL. VICTOR, THE FACILITY MANAGER ALONG WITH HIS PHYSICAL THERAPIST CREATE REPORTS THAT AREN'T HONEST OR ACCURATE. ITS FRAUD. Just to get what they want from the insurance companies. Its ILLEGAL. YOU SHOULD REPORT THEM TO THE STATE BOARD, I AM. The care they give is unprofessional. This place should be shut down, ITS THAT BAD!
