Other than waiting a lille longer than my appointment time, I had a great experience at this location. Dr. Mayer and his staff were super helpful, caring, professional. They made me feel comfortable before and after the procedure. I would 100% definitely recommend Dr. Mayer & La Jolla Endoscopy Center.

Disappointing nursing and CRNA care, but GI MD was excellent. Once you are checked in you are ignored. Although you have fasted 24;hours, they talk about their favorite foods around you. I replied that I needed help through their automated follow up system, and it took 6 days for a nurse to call me back. CRNA MJ is particularly insensitive.
If you hope to be treated like a human being, choose another endoscopy center.

Posting this on my wife’s account. Dr Paredes whole staff, from receptionist to nurses, and Dr Paredes himself, made me feel welcome and were so professional throughout the whole colonoscopy process. They showed tender and caring treatment. Definitely worth the one hour drive. I can’t say enough good things about the whole process. Positive atmosphere with the utmost care for the patient.
