La Jolla Shores Park reviews
7Great beach for families and water sports. There is a cool playground on the sand next to the beach and parking lot. The free lot gets full during the summer, but if you are patient, you will find a spot. Also, there are shops for food and supplies, as well as water sport rentals and tours. There are also fire pits.
An incredible kayak experience. Dolphins jumping out of the water all around. Seals and Sea Lions are everywhere. I highly recommend this area.
Is La Jolla shores what can I say. Expensive neighborhood nice beach. Cove is nearby. Scripps aquarium is nearby could walk to both from the beach very nice
Great and beach nearby. You can sit and relax and play volleyball as well.
Beautiful view of the ocean but for some reason the beach looks dirty. Maybe all the seagulls on the beach, the dried seaweed or the beach sand but something makes it look dirty. Enjoyed the private bathrooms and shower area, very accessible. Parking is good if you get here early.
Well maintained and none of the drug users you see in OB. Good Family place
Always one of many beautiful beaches. Water is clean, clear, they clean the seaweed from the beach every day. Beach is separated from surfing area and lifeguards will let you know if you aren't following the flag rules. The only problem I have is the many holes left behind by those building sandcastles near the surf and don't care if anyone is walking.those holes are a hazard and should be covered back up and lifeguards should enforce that. As with everywhere in CA clean up after yourselves so others can enjoy this beach. Parking is a problem and you are forced to park in the neighborhood, so get there early.
