Extremely disappointed with this place. Awful customer service from the ladies that work there as well as from
Coach called Marcos. I had to beg for information from them for almost 2 months. No explanations in person, no answer to emails, nor phone calls, nor txts. After a long time literally begging and chasing, I was finally able to bring my 5 YO *** for a try out. They told me I didn’t need to bring any specific apparel. When I got there coach got mad u didn’t bring specific clothes. My son then performed really well in their so call “ try out “ for 1 hour … for his very 1st time in his life for a very beginner class he did very well. Then it took me more days begging for a reply from couch, that finally told me that he was denied enrollment. My son was completely heart broken. I believe that it has to do with the fact that he uses hearing aids as I saw the lady that works there looking down on him. AWFUL experience s
