Everything you imagine in a genuine, friendly, L. A California Dispensary! My Budtender Sky was AMAZING! Friendly, knowledgeable, super welcoming and patient. It was my first time in a Dispensary and I had a lot of questions lol. She didn't mind one bit or make me feel rushed or pressured. I actually told her I didn't want to bother her anymore and I would check out the edibles next time! 5 stars for the establishment and 10 stars for sky! Oh, and she gave me a bag of extra free goodies +20% off for my first time! Premium flower, Extracts, disposable and screw on vapes, edibles and more and absolute amazing customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone! Definitely my standard for any other Dispensary I visit.

Awesome collective with excellent edibles, really wish they had some left coast diamonds here, but besides that excellent products and very friendly service. Love the vibes

Bad customer service I got a pen that didn’t even fit with the oil the pen it was to big and they didn’t want to change it or give it my money back if u gonna buy something here make sure that the pen work

Best Flower you will find in DTLA area. House of Flowers brand eighths are the choice. Very potent, high THC levels, consistently fresh strains with rich smells & aftertaste. Premium quality buds. Loyal customer for a year+

They made me wait a long time 20 mins. There were only 2 people ahead of me and the lady totally ignored me. Bad and worst customer service. Also the weed is pricey. Do not recommend this store. The people who wrote the reviews probably are friends of the coworkers.

House of flowers is literally my favorite place to come for my green. The budtenders are the best and they have some of the highest THC strains. I really drive out from LB to LA just to come here and that’s how you know its the best. Also s/o Ericka from Gypsy queen for putting my on.

A ton of products to choose from and they give you great recommendations when you can't decide! They also are not pushy!

Evelyn really educated me today. As a depression and anxiety patient, I really appreciate her time & guidance to helping me find the right medical cannabis strain best for me. She also suggested CBD products to help me transition from smoking.

Val had the best suggestions and made sure that we were happy with our choices! I want her to be our budtender every time!

This place has gone downhill in the last 2 years. I would avoid if you have an alternative, LA Kush in Echo Park has nothing special going for it anymore.

Most of the budtenders don’t care anymore, they just want you in and out ASAP. If asked, their advice doesn’t go beyond indica = chill and sativa = energy.

The prices are also pretty shocking in 2020, more so than justified by the price increases seen in the rest of the California market. Their oz prices increased by about 50% and quality reduced drastically in return. If you want a decent eighth from them, be prepared to shell out.

Edit: I visited this morning to redeem my rewards and mark my final visit to your dispensary. Your bud tender Liz is the only redeeming factor you have going for you. Have her train the rest of your rude staff.

Security guards were rude.

I wasn't allowed to go in, despite having my ID with a paper to extend the expiration date. (The day prior I was told to bring the paper and I could go in) Went to 4 other dispensaries and none others had an issue.

The prices are higher than others, and the tax was the price of another g of wax, which is insane.

I'd skip it and go to Buddha Company downtown.

Comfortable sitting environment looks like a clothing store it didn't look like any other places I've been to nice sitting organized very comfortable relax friendly environment awesome

Everything you need in one place, except glass and paraphernalia. Pretty cool merch too, got their bright pink hoodie.

Their security guards are rude AF.
I'd rather not deal with BS when plenty of other places are so much more welcoming.
