Horrible service I made a contract with them if I supposedly paid quickly they would give me a discount and I do everything possible to pay it quickly and now they come up with something else that I have to pay everything in full they are a scam and I hired them for more than a week And they haven't even seen my friend that I hired them for, the only thing that interests them is money, nothing more.

If I could give 0 stars I would! If they want to be scammed this is the perfect place! They didn't help my husband at all. They didn't do ANYTHING. THEY JUST CHANGED HIM LAWYER AFTER LAWYER. THEY NEVER DEFENDED HIM. THEY NEVER SHOWED MY HUSBAND TO COURT. THEY CHANGED HIS LAWYERS 4 times. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. ASEN PEN… And they don't show up to court! Don't waste your time with these Rats!

I should have seen the reviews before going, they take good care of you and they tell you that they will start your case on the same day it takes a week and they haven't done anything and they don't answer and they keep telling you that they are in a meeting and that they can't talk and they never call you I want to talk to him supervisor to cancel my contract I never go to this place they charge for doing anything

Do not go to these people for help. They advertise free consultation and once you're there they want you to sign a contract without even looking at your Case I told them to look at my case first and then I can make a decision the lady got up open the door for me and said we don't work like that.

They scammed thousand of dollars from my in-laws. They are not to be trusted with your money and future.

The truth is that my people do not recommend this law firm. I had a criminal case with them and every time we had court they changed my lawyer or they simply did not show up. I lost the case and also my money. Please do not hire them. My race. It is sad.how they steal from people.

They hire people that have NO REASON to be doing legal cases as they have legal cases of their own and no education on legal matters. Illegal practices 100%.

I want to give this place 0 stars if I could. My father is fighting a legal case and has recently asked for their help. In the span of 2 months he has been asked to pay 6K/9K for his case.

All he has received is a phone call from his lawyer and constant phone calls from brokers that payment is due. They have recently threatened to cancel his case although he needs to be represented in court in 2 days.

I am completely shattered and in disbelief with this. I only ask that you all do better for those in desperate times.

Please don't waste your time, don't waste your money. I really had a bad experience with this people. Bad communication they never call back, I don't even want to waste my time giving them a review. Bad bad bad service.

Please listen to the comments this place is really a scam. We were with them for about a year and then our case went under investigation for more than a month until they decided to cancel our case because we kept calling for updates. Terrible at communicating you have to be insisting in order for them to actually answer. Don’t waste your time and money. As comments say they only steal from you they took my parents money and yet nothing was done.

Scammers. We hired them for a criminal case and paid them thousands of dollars. They are not professional, they lack communication, and think it is okay to belittle their customers. Rosa, one of the employees from this firm, believes it is okay to belittle and be rude to others. They take advantage of people in need. They do not communicate when a lawyer leaves the firm. They couldn't even send one of their own employees to inform the court that my family member no longer had a lawyer. Let's just say all the lawyers in the court room laughed and called them unprofessional. Do not hire them, even if you are desperate. During the months that we were in contract with them, not once did the assigned lawyer ever go visit my family member in jail. How can one claim to represent someone when they don't even bother to speak to them or get a statement. The best part is when for months Rosa called my family member a liar; claiming his assigned lawyer already visited him; just to tell us the day we terminate that we were right, the assigned lawyer never went to see him. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. Trust the reviews.

Bad experience, they don't answer my calls. I've been waiting for their help for two months and nothing, but the charges are punctual. They definitely should not hire this service.

Horrible law firm. Its hard to keep track of which paralegal is in-charge of your case here. During my time here, I believe I found myself having 5 different paralegals working on my case. Additionally, there is zero communication between clients and paralegals. I tried getting a hold of the paralegal assigned to my case, just for me to be put on hold for 30 mins and then get hung up. That would happen repeatedly when I called the office. I ended up having to do some of the work myself and mail it to USCIS as well because they never bothered to contact us to let us know we had received a Request For Evidence. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone looking for immigration services or any legal services in general. They are over hyped as one of the best law firms given that they promote themselves all over television and the radio however, they are ultimately a horrible law firm.

Horrible customer service. I just called trying to make a consultation appointment and the person was very rude. I am very disappoint. I have use their services before and the experience was completely different. First she put me on hold when i was talking and didn’t let me know i was being putting on hold, second she said a phrase “ you already use our services before you should know how it works” and then she said “people come to consultations and they don’t use our services so it’s a waste of our time”
