3Originally called and owner did not pick up, but called me back later. Do note that the business is on a residential street and you're at the right place. Interacted over phone and text, very friendly and helpful thus far.
My battery died completely so i reached out to have it fixed. Richie was very helpful and gave me an estimate pretty much in the spot. He picked up the computer and 2 days later i had my computer back running better than ever.i had the storage expanded for speed and i wish i had done it much earlier. Richie also managed to save all my files with is a huge assist. Thank you Richie for everything, this was painless.
5 Star Service for cleaning my laptop from spyware. MacBook Air is now running better. Cleaned up emails too.
