Ice cream was good. The staff was fast and friendly once we walked in the door. Place itself has great corners for cute photo ops.
The strawberries and cream tasted like they had salt, and the snows were very small in the scoop.
This place is not at all like the original Michoacana. Do not fall for the imitating decor. Quality of ice cream is terrible. And when I ordered through their website they didn't even have half the things they said they had. Negative stars if I could
Service was good but quality of fruit was the poorest I have ever had. Had to throw it away because of how old it was and how horrible it tasted. The place has the potential to become a trendy ice cream bar simply because of cute and modern it was decorated but if they want to stay in business for a while they are really gonna have to step up their game and do better in terms of the quality they are serving customers.
The best milkshake in Santa Ana. It's delicious. The place is very nice to have a snack the girls are very friendly
