3Had clumps of ice cream at the bottom of the cup. Strongly do not recommend. You’re better off leaving the mall to any random mitchocana location. Anything is better than this tbh. Also the last comment sounds like the owners trying to promote its own reviews lmao
I go here almost every week and everything is always fresh and tasty. They changed owners less than a year ago and its super noticeable. They are very nice and the great quality in ingredients is very noticeable.
Went to get ice cream around 7 10 and staff member said she was on her break and she'd be back @ 7 30. We came back and still waited, but it seemed she was cleaning up on her "break". It was 7 45 and she would just pop her head out looking at us and went back to the back room. When passing by to leave she was on her phone.
