La Michoacana Monarca Ice Cream

I came here to leave a review, went over previews review and I ask my self, are some of you leaving bad reviews on the right michoacana? Because none of what you guys say make sense, this is by far the best michoacana I’ve visited, they have great customer service, the inside design looks amazing, everything they sell looks top quality specially the ice cream and paletas, their menu is huge. I’ve notice some of the pictures posted on the reviews aren’t even from this michoacana, let’s be fair guys

New place all the menu is great, I go there for the mangoneada, esquites really good but sometimes they put too much cheese and they end up a little bit salty. But I recommend.

Needs better customer service and know what they are serving. Employee didn't know what she made and gave us the wrong order.

Overcharged for two scoops of ice cream on waffle cones.older man charged us 13 bucks! Really that's ridiculous

We would come here several times a week for paletas and agua fresca and always tipped due to the friendly customer service. However, the last time my husband came, he encountered a worker he hadn't seen before. This guy charged him $1 more for each of the four paletas that he ordered and insisted that that was the normal price.

Right, as if we haven't been buying paletas here for $2.50 for the past several weeks. Husband is no longer willing to come to this place due to that negative experience, which is too bad because the paletas and drinks were quite good. We've found a different place where we have been treated properly every single time.

The worst experience for the service! I paid for a strawberry paleta $ 3.45 and the person in charge assured me that she had already given it to me. She even checked the camera I left without what I paid. Including that I wanted to steal BAD don't go there.
