La Michoacana Natural Fruit

Too bad they don't have what they ask for, cold corn and they only had 2, this is the second one, they don't have yogurt for the fruit, pico degayo for the pork rinds

They have the best water based ice cream and milk based ice cream. Fruit is always fresh an they have many other food items to purchase.

Personally have never wrote a review in my life, but the customer service is HORRIBLE, came june 13 around 8: 50, they some how didn’t have noting in stock, so rude and disrespectful, customer service definitely needs improvement

The food and snacks are delicious, but the staff gives you very bad service. I am a frequent customer and every time I have gone they serve me reluctantly. When I ordered crepes they made me wait up to 45 minutes, I hope they can improve and offer better service.

Been here 4 times but no more night crew have a nasty attitude really rude always saying they run out of stuff 1 or 2 hours before closing
they talk bad about customers among themselves thinking no one can’t hear them they literally roll there eyes at you as soon as they see you walking in the store.

The owners should be ashamed of themselves! The girl was there by herself and it was hot as hell in there the line out the door. The paletas were melting the freezer is not working good and the freda con cream The Crema was spoiled! Bad For Buisness This is a Great spot and ice cream but they have let it go and

I don’t come here often but when I have I receive good service. There is always people here ordering a ton of stuff, like me, and their speed of service is good. Today I went close to closing time and I didn’t feel rushed or like they didn’t care.

I went in for one thing and walked out with 13 things!

DONT COME HERE! They have the worst customer service ever. These girls are never friendly and are more so focused on cleaning to leave rather than serving their customers. All they do all day is clean. When you come in they ignore you and when they do “help” you they roll their eyes and are so disrespectful. If you don’t like your job don’t work here nobody’s forcing you to work here.

I really like the ice cream but the person who helped me was very very rude. I asked for no chocolate she put chocolate. This isn't the first time and it isn't a different person it's the same one. She rolled her eyes at me. Seriously you ruined my food and then you gotta make it with attitude like thank you but after a long day i don't want your b**chiness

Went there with my kid and had to wait until the employees said their goodbyes to some kids that were being picked up by their dad. Mom was working there. Then the girl tended to us. But before we ordered 4 cups of ice cream we asked the girl Yesenia if they had lids since we were transporting the ice cream back home. She said yes. She got our order and rang us up. I then asked for the lids and she said that they didn't have any. What!? Two issues here. 1. She lied. 2. They have no lids? Not sure what management is doing but it needs improvement.

The food and deserts are great but their customer service skills are lacking. Girls working there look disinterested and they are not welcoming. Also if you show up 20 mins before closing they wont let you in. Not sure why. Their restrooms seem to be "Out of Order" all the time.

The employees are so so rude to you, and it'll be for no reason too. I gotta say even though the employees are incredibly rude they also don't give a ish about what they're doing, which is a plus when I go into order one scoop and they give me three big scoops for the low price of one. Last time me and my boyfriend went the lady serving us was acting like we were bothering her like bro you are at work be more professional. Then when we asked for an extra cup she deadass was like "WHAT? " and snarled at us. But whatever michocana is always good so I'll probably go back there again 2/5

The lady in the morning always on their business and the short lady has bad attitude all the time.

Good but always a long wait especially when they’re busy. Usually only two people work in this Michoacána

Don't dare to ask to use the restroom even if you're a regular customer that tips. I can tell the workers are trying to close early they are paying more attention to cleaning than to customer service. I can see if was 5 minutes to closing but it was 1.5 hours before.

Here's a good tip for La Michoacana, people might want to wash their hands before they have ice cream or after especially in.this time of Covid 19. Usually they are nice and the ice cream is good so I'll come back but I'm very disappointed.
