It says they open at 10. At 11 they were still closed

I went in there asking for ice cream and they kept saying they didn’t have any when clearly it was in front of me.

0 stars if I could! This place used to be good but the last couple of times they had NO ICE CREAM because they hadn’t received their shipment…. Most of the time they don’t have the items on the menu. It’s also super hot in there and dirty

The inside is nice but the service is horrible! Especially “Doña Maria” she’ll give you a mean look, also don’t ask her if they have a certain item because she’ll respond with “look at the board to see if we do have it” would never go back there again.

The ice cream is awesome but there can be a language barrier if you don't speak Spanish.

Another thing, the bathroom is full of things they use as storage.that looks really bad, stop the Chinese business.fix it

They do not have prices of the things they sell visibly, customers do not see prices of the products, you have to be asking them the price of each thing they sell.

I was there yesterday april 8th, and there was one employee. A couple people left before me since she was taking her sweet time gossiping with one of the customers. I wouldn't know who to blame of the employee or the owners who left her on her own on a saturday afternoon. Worse service ever.

I loved the ice cream and popsicles here. This place was great, I highly recommend it. The interior is very clean, colorful and bright, and the workers are very friendly.

The owner has to be more aware of his store and it has been almost two months since they almost never have Nieves and without counting that the screens where the products are not working (more than a year) have to guess what they sell. What a regret because at the beginning I was very aware but it has been months since I think I don't go around here for that very reason and when you go there are almost no customers. I hope the store and the customers love it again.

Since I'm from Michoacán myself, I just had to stop here. We ordered many things and they weren't given to us until he had everything ready. So by that time, my nachos were soggy and some of the ice cream items were melting. That was very disappointing. We ordered fresas con crema, mangoneada, chocobanana, paleta de chicle, paleta de fresa, mango agua fresca and a biobionic. The bionico was the thing we liked the most.

The worst service of any palletería I've ever been to, they don't even receive customers in a good way! It doesn't matter if they remodel this place, it has to have better service.
