My daughter and I came in today for crepes. We ordered strawberry crepes and a coffee. They where delicious! They are huge! I probably could have shared mine with my granddaughter. The atmosphere was open and friendly. They explained everything to us went over the menu and they were very patient. I can’t say enough we love this place. I have not got a chance to try the ice cream that will probably be next.

Was craving something sweet, so we stopped at this new ice cream shop.it has unique flavors and a very wide selection of delicious ice cream and appetizers. Clean establishment and customer service was 5 stars! Will definitely be back. Support small businesses

What a great place! My grandson loved it we went two days in a row for his birthday. The staff was great. It’s great to see an owner working. I read the reviews that some staff don’t know all the answers about the flavors. There are so many flavors and so much to be able to answer and the staff are young and are learning. They found answers when I had questions. The experience and vibe was great! Ice fruit flavors, yummy. Selection is crazy good. Great addition to Brentwood! Thank you for making a three year feel special, we appreciated it!

I have to say I was impressed They have over 40 ice cream flavors, the flavors of Mexico in ice cream! The place is clean, with plenty of space for families and a kid's area for them to play. My favorites are; Vanilla, Mango, Pistachio, strawberry, and Avocado ice

Honestly the best place I went to with my family I read the bad reviews and I have not experienced anything bad there there shakes are really awesome especially if you are a big oreo fan! And Bananna splits are the best there! I give this place a a 5 star ×2!

I was waiting for more then 10 minutes the bald guy skipped me a few times and helped female customers instead, after I asked why he skipped me he told me to go back in line and gave me a attitude and was super rude, I’m pretty sure he’s the owner or something but that behavior is inexcusable he has no customer service experience and doesn’t know how to run the place at all. If I could I’d give this place a 0/10

I've been here twice now. I like the ice cream. They have a lot of flavors, some familiar favorites and lots that are new to me. On both of my visits I have asked questions about the various flavors. I don't speak Spanish so the names of the flavors are unfamiliar. I like to try new things, however both times the person helping me didn't speak English. After several attempts to get information I just gave up and ordered a familiar flavor. It would be great if the employees could learn the descriptions in English too. Thank you!

They didn't put cueritos on my chichanones. Didn't realize until I got home and tried it.

The ice cream is pretty good but the service is slow even with multiple people behind the counter and not a lot of customers. The whole place is very dirty. Nobody is cleaning the tables or picking things up off the floor. I think they expect the kids to take their shoes off in the play after but the floor was so dirty I let my kid keep her shoes on. We will not be going back.

Great spot for elote en vaso, ice cream in any flavor you can imagine by scoop or bar, the best aqua frescas I’ve had ever, and much more. Fun play spot for the kiddies. Friendly staff and always a line but moves pretty fast. Highly recommended.

Ice cream is very mediocre. Nothing like the ice cream you'd get on the streets of Mexico or any Latin American country. Had a scoop of coconut and a scoop of queso ice cream and they tasted exactly the same, very bland, no "pop" whatsoever. Same goes for the second order of mamey and coconut, no difference in taste between them and bland. The place is MUCH too noisy. Kiddie play corner is cute but they need to enclose it in plastic panels to help soundproof it. I guess we're sticking with Guanatos in Oakley, their ice cream flavors "pop" with Latin American authenticity.

Family-fun vibe, nice staff, big menu, and the presentation of some of the menu items is just amazing! I especially appreciated the kids play area for my toddler. We really enjoyed our desserts and the play time.

Nice place, good service, the only bad thing is the snow, which leaves a greasy feeling on the tongue. The truth is, for my taste, there is nothing like the guanacos.

This ice cream is so good I ordered the sticky vanilla with gushers and so fire should try Brentwood ice cream to gooodddd

As a family we were excited to try. Very busy. Ordered 2 Fresca con crème and 2 scoop ice cream. As we were paying a fly landed inside of Fresca con crème. Landed on top of the whip cream, flew around a bit…til my son noticed and went to grab the cup and the fly flew out. Mentioned it the girl who made and rang us up. He r response was “oh I didn’t see anything so I can’t do anything about it”. I walked away. Husband paid for everything. I threw it away (mine). Not going back

Amazing sweet treats, healthy fruits and savory Mexican snacks. We loved the Mangolada’s, Agua Fresca’s and Helados.
