La Mirage Inn - Hollywood, Los Angeles CA

Accidentally booked two rooms for the wrong night, caught the issue a few hours later and was told by the hotel and booking agent that there’s nothing I can do but cancel it without any refund.

Now on the day that I accidentally booked it for, customer service greeted me via online chat, I re explained what happened and they’ve said all they can do is offer a partial credit because I didn’t reach out prior to this before today? What makes it worse is that the booking agent successfully reached the hotel before and they refused to do anything then. What a joke - stay somewhere else with better customer service

Not far from the walk of fame, not too expensive and provide cofe and lemonade all day for free. Room was clean. Loud noise from the street. Unfortubately they serve no breakfast. But there is a nice diner not far with awsome breakfast.

Das Motel befindet sich direkt an der Autobahnauffahrt und nahe dem Hollywood Blvd. Also zentral, aber laut und in einer eher nicht so angenehmen Umgebung. Zu den Universal Studios sind es knapp 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Die Dame an der Rezeption, war völlig überfordert und konnte unsere Reservierung nur halbwegs regeln. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer, dass nach Gras roch. Nach Reklamation war zunächst kein anderes Zimmer frei. Nachdem wir energischer wurden und abreisen wollten, war dann, oh Wunder, doch noch ein andere Zimmer frei und wir konnten dieses beziehen.
Der Manager war durchaus nett und hilfsbereit. Parken kosten 10 $ was im Kleingedruckten steht.

Ich würde hier nicht nocheinmal buchen.
Das Deluxe Zimmer hatte das Fenster direkt zur Autobahn und war entsprechen laut. Die Zimmer sind im Prinzip OK, ausreichend groß und recht modern. Leider jedoch nicht wirklich sauber. Haare in der Dusche und an der Klimaanlage waren nicht schön. Leider auch kein Zimmerservice oder automatischer Handtuchwechsel. Beim Zimmerservice ist noch reichlich Luft nach oben.

Nice clean room in a smaller 2 story hotel in Hollywood. It looks like it has been renovated recently. Mini fridge, USB charging ports, iron and ironing board were great to have in the room. Strong wifi as well.
The mattress was king size memory foam, very soft. The location is basically right next to the 101, but we were on the far side- no traffic noise. Might not be that way on the opposite side of building.
We would stay here again.

Very clean. Very secure. Bed comforters need to be updated, but the beds were comfortable. Shower heads were very low. And bring your own shampoo, theirs wasn't good. Very nice staff. A little overpriced but it was decent. I slept well! Great location in Hollywood. I'd go back.

Location is prime, room is better than average and the bathrooms are very nice. Wish they had refrigerators in the room and a microwave but at this price point combined with location, you really can’t go wrong. They charge $10 a night for parking so know that ahead of time since Hotels and other websites didn’t specify this.

Not what the pictures on the website are showing. Walls were painted a dark brown I thought I was in a cave. Will not stay here again!

They have parking and it’s great for travelers with cars.

Room is fine. Location is great - 15 min drive from the Hollywood sign view points. You can also see it from the street. The staff is really nice and easy-going. Plus you also have free coffee & tea & juice in the morning.
Good price quality, if you ade looking for something not too expensive

We stayed a night here. Sufficiently close to walk of fame. The room was clean and staff was so friendly and helpful. They were 24/7 available to open the doors.

The only thing is that because they were new owners the key fob was broken and they had to keep opening it for us but they were quick.

Great experience. Cheap. Clean. $10 parking. $120 deposit.
Nice blankets. Homely. TV worked in my room. Shower water pressure just okay. Lots of towels. We didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave in our room.
Nice staff. Sent $120 back soon after checking out. You can see the Hollywood sign right outside.
