La Palma Mexican Grill & Cantina

This was my first time and last time going to la Palma I ordered the carne asada with orange rice Forsyth the meant was just pure fat and the rice tasted like nothing I wish I could give then no stars but I cant then my other family members ordered food too also their prices are very expensive 4 people came to eat me included and it was 190 dollars I thing that is pretty expensive and we do not even order that much food also the waiter was very rude she only came to us 2 times one to take our order and two to give us the check she also gave us chips and salsa sometimes they usually give you more if you finish more but she didn’t and when we tried to call her over to our table she ignored us so he’d didn’t bug her anymore i things that this place is a waste of your time and money

We drove by and decided to give it a try. We were served chips and salsa while we waited. It was really good. The draft beers are delicious. The service could be better. It wasn't terrible. The waitress took our order and we never saw her til the end. She came to ask if we need a refill. We had to ask the the girl in the front for our bill. Then no one ever came by to check us out. We had to ask the employee walking by if we pay in the front or they take the payment. The actual entrees are ok. When we left we said we would come back for chips, salsa and the beer. We didn't leave thinking this a place where we would like to come back to eat.

Had been wanting to go there for a long time an today had the chance to go have an early dinner with my mom we had the Molcajete plate it feed both of us it was delicious we left stuffed the waitress is a friend of mine she was amazing thanks Connie for suggesting the Molcajete mom loved it an we will definitely be back soon mom's a hard pleaser an she loved the place down to there salsa so

Terrible waitress we got. The plates that I ordered came with tortillas. When I got my check I saw I got charged for tortillas. I asked the waitress why did I get charged if they were included? She responded because they gave me handmade instead of regular. I told her she never asked what kind we wanted. She just took the liberty of changing them without my consent. She also never said that horchata refill was a regular price. $20 for a plate of rice and beans and a few shrimp and it doesn't include tortillas? I feel we got ripped off. I even regret leaving her a tip. Does the owner teach the waiters/waitresses to steal from customers like this? And other issues we encountered. Never never going back. Not worth it.

Great service and waitress was excellent with our food handling and we ask for anything we need and she did. It was a good time for me and my family. I will go again!

By far the best Mexican restaurant in Palmdale, food is fresh, service is great! Will definitely be going back for GREAT TASTING FOOD.

We went to La Palma for a fair well party. The restaurant looked so clean and shiny. The food was out of this world. The waitresses were smiling and friendly the whole time. Will go again for sure!

Halfway I decide to go out to a Mexican restaurant order some food to take home. I decided to la Palma Mexican restaurant in Palmdale. Very nice restaurant not so busy I was there before 5: 00 on Saturday. I order two cheese enchiladas. The red sauce have a mild taste. Very good food. I would go back in the next time.

Really enjoyed our meal there. I tried the carnitas plate at the recommendation of our waitress and they were delish!
Also got the deep fried ice cream but my boy hogged most of it. Look forward to our next visit. And our waitress was very sweet and totally on top of her game, food came out pretty quickly which we appreciated:)

Thinking from my 1st visit they're pretty good. Today while some aspects are still good, even yummy; the fact of having the smell of sewage all the while in a restaurant especially, is well you can imagine. I also had to go looking for our "server" a minimum of twice. As we had drinks while waiting for our food order, the usual practice is to serve chips & salsa; I had to seek her out for this as well. No added salsa with to go order, not even asked if we would like any. On a shredded beef burrito for a friend he got instead hunks of meat & states it will likely need with his stomach later on. Well the Margaritas are real good & so are the chips & salsa, taquitos are also good with real guacamole, to end on a positive note. I will say you can strongly improve on the server area & of course fix the plumbing issue for certain.

Our waitress was very, very good. Food was hot, drinks were very good. Excellent service. Our first time coming to your restaurant.

The restaurant has plenty of space to park, good location, very spacious and the food is affordable. I ordered mixed fajitas and they were excellent.

My lady and I came to eat. Well served/cleaned/attended Indeed. The Best part of all is the food. Fresh and Delicious Mexican taste you wanna come for more w/the family. I Recommend this place

Coffe tasted old, food was horrible, my friend had a chicharon taco I'm not sure what kind of chicharon that was but it was very disappointing. The chilaquiles, I'm not mexican and I could do way better. Oh the beans tasted burned. That was actually the second time in there figure I would give it another try since first time was also disappointing. But no more for me.

This is couple times they mest up in my orders or food is raw or rotten and they are never responsible for their mistakes I really dislike how they can never at least correct their mistakes plus they make you pay not to mention that can one day get someone sick. Health department really should pay them a visit

Food was horrible. My wife actually pointed out on the menu what she wanted to order. When we got the check her order was twice as much. When we asked, the server said the other price was for lunch. He should have clarified that when she ordered.
We won't be back.
