La Paloma, Duarte CA

Excellent food and with reasonable price! The best Mexican restaurant out here in CA. I had their tamales and of course, their classic burrito. I enjoyed my meal here with the service crew being attainable. 100% will dine here again!

Had a fly fall out of My Gordita ruined my lunch nasty doors wide open no a/c if you like flies on your food then try it out

This small Mexican market is nice. They have three sections. A restaurant that has delicious options like burritos, chile verde, great menudo (weekends), homemade tortillas, and more. The second section is a small bakery that sells Mexican sweet bread, bolillos, tortillas, and tostadas. The last section is a small market that has a small product section and carniceria.

A friend asked us to stop by and pick up a side of beans. What a surprise! There are three businesses in one. There is a meat market, bakery, and to go restaurant all in one. We also got a bag of the homemade chips and they were awesome! Will be back for some homemade tortillas.

The food was hot and properly packaged to go.
The carne asada was dry. I am glad I remembered to tell them NOT to put lettuce in the burrito. It may be a thing but it's the only place I've had a burrito with lettuce in it.
The rice was dry, must have been reheating for a while. The costillitas have a kick to them and very flavorful. I got 3‐4 tortillas.

The beans are delicious. I used to go there and just buy a cup of beans.

Love this place, the BAKERY, the fresh tortillas, the food is so good but what truly makes it all is the family Ike environment that makes so good. Comfort food.
