I ordered two pants the same size, but one was shipped a size smaller and appears to have been used. The package came from San Diego, CA. The other package, which has the correct size, came from Middletown, DE. The return process is a big headache and I don't have the time or the patience for this screw-up. I was a first time customer, but it will be my last purchase from them.

Placed my order on the 8th. A shipping label was created on the 13th. No idea when it's going to get here. You got my money right away. I expect you to get my stuff out the door faster than 6 days. Worst part is, LAPG is only a couple hours from me. Would've been faster if I walked there and back.

Terrible shipping.
In 2007 I got items sent to me in Iraq in a week or so. Now, 9 days out, I'm still waiting for 3 shirts I ordered on Aug 11, with 10 day shipping. FedEx shows them still in Memphis but scheduled for delivery today. I'm in Louisiana so that won't happen. It took lapolicegear 4 days to create a label. Then 3 days to leave California. Spent 2 days sitting in Kansas.
Update: Items arrived in 12 days. Excellent quality and fit.
3 stars are for shipping mess.

This company’s customer service and shipping is on point, especially with the volumes of orders they receive. The point system is great, I find myself spending too much money because I keep getting massive points for discounts off gear I need. I’ve easily got $100 worth of points in the last two months and I used that for a ballistic plate and taco pouch for my battle belts. You can’t beat that. I can’t think of one other company with a program as good as that.

HORRIBLE Customer Service. My order took 12 days to ship and 13 to arrive. I live in the same state it shipped from. When i tried to get an update about my order both the online chat and email went unreplied. I get in these times things take longer to ship and i do not have an issue with that. My issue is with never receiving any update about my order; just wondering if it will ever arrive. Other companies at least have the courtesy to send me any email saying i am sorry for the delay we will get your order to you soon. I do not care how good the pants are i will never order again. I work in retail so i know just how far some good customer service can go.

Ordered four pair of slacks, with the inseam as 30 inches and waist at 34 inches. I was sent exactly the opposite, thirty inch waistline and thirty-four inch inseam.

The products LA Police Gear are great. However, the customer service lacks and shipping sucks. I placed an order on 11/21/2021 for two items, both items showed as being "in stock". After not seeing any shipping updates online, I sent an email on 12/17/2021 inquiring about shipping status. Low and behold the first item shipped on 12/17/2021, the second item was now marked as backordered. I exchanged emails with LAPG CSR Rasheeda between 12/21 and 12/23 about the second item that was backordered. My final email instructions to Rasheeda were to cancel the second half of the order. I was out of town at the time and did not check on the refund and forgot about the order. Low and behold on 5/25/2022 I received a shipping notification stating the second half of the order has shipped. I have sent two emails to the LAPG customer service since this "cancelled" order shipped and not one has been answered. I am done dealing with LAPG!

Customer service was great the product is great the only problem is shipping. They use FedEx and that bunch of inbreds will lose packages most of the time. So if you are not in a hurry and don't mind waiting on your stuff it's a great place.

Pricing is on point with everyone else. Products are slightly to moderately above others in terms of quality.

On to shipping. They use FedEx. So if you want your stuff quick, buy it somewhere else. FedEx has got to be the worst shipping company they can use. It took 2 pairs of tactical pants 12 days to get to my address and yes, I live in the US. Postal Service would have been better than shipping it with the goons at FedEx. Find yourself a different shipper LA Police Gear. I won't be ordering anything else until you do.

Just got my first order. I had questions and gave them a call. Outstanding customer service and fast delivery. If you have any issues just give them a call. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable of their products. Have another order on the way and looking forward to many more. You Folks Rock!

Horrible customer service. Placed my order on may 11th and still on may 30th haven't received my order. Called customer service and they told me to call FedEx. I just keep getting the run around between the two.

After not being able to find out any information about my perches I sent them a email two days later and they still havent respond and as for the service they use to deliver FedEx is the worst i have perches alot of things from lapg but have to say that this is the last time that I perches anything from lapg
