La Puente Car Wash Quick Lube & Smog Check , Window Tint

They rip off customers they charge for services to clean the inside of the car n out and they didn't. They just rip off and elderly women they charge her 30 dollars for a basic car wash.

First time here, very pleased. Got an oil change and a wash. People were very pleasant and service was fast.

Been going there for about 6-7 years now. They always do an amazing job. I now live in ontario and even though there are car washes here I still prefer taking the drive to Lp to get my ride clean

Been coming here for 13 years now, the employees here now are too lazy, this place needs to get their act together.

So, I've been coming to this place for more than 6 years. I had a great relationship with the staff. But over time, they've gotten lazy. They don't do a good job cleaning my cars anymore. I usually give about $5 - $15 tips, but they still don't do a good job.

The prices rise while the indifference of the staff is getting to be a problem. Plus $60 for an oil change, please.

Worst place ever! They scratched all my new car that I have with it 2 weeks. DON’T GO THERE for a CAR WASH! SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!

Not a bad place to get a cat wash but the guys who dry the cars are pushy about cleaning the whole inside of your car. Checked it out $150.00 to "detail" the inside of the car. Can get the same down by my house for half as much.

Today i went to La puente car wash and had some type of paint or clay on my car and the staff took care of it with a wash and wax Thank you La Puente Carwash

We like coming here to get our car washed. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly. If u will go often, don't forget to get a punch card. We finally had enough visits to get a free wash. It was a basic wash but good enough.

Drop my car off and went to get a haircut across the street when I came out they were gone and left my keys inside the store, I never received a call or anything saying they were leaving without me picking up my car

Check your car befor you leave! I cannot stress it enough! I paid for a vip wash and they didn’t even vacuum my the second row seats and my folded down back! It’s ok, not all that.

I've been here a few times and was always happy with their service. On Saturday I decided to take the offer of "free car wash with an oil change". Sad to say that I was unhappy with the car wash. Was it because it was "free"? I don't know, but the most obvious place- drivers door- was still dirty. I could rub the grime off with my finger! UGH. NOT going here again. If you can't do a goid job consistently, don't make a "special offer"

Awesome! I got a smog check here for the standard price and I got a free car wash! Can’t beat that.

Smog with a complimentary car wash, great price! This will be my spot from now on. Only thing is a wait, but plenty of good eats around. In n out, kfc, wok, sushi, burgers etc.

First time here and what a disappointment. My car was half vaccumed, they didn't vacuum my back seats. Also noticed that my roof was still full of dirt. They didn't do a good job. Not coming back here again.

I took my car in for a detail and I got my car back without a shampo wash of my interior.
Their cleaning process was with a bottle of armor all. What a joke.
I left the car so they can shampo the interior and when I got it back two days later, the interior was half way cleaned and my floor carpet was full of water.
Really bad experience with my car at this shop. Will never go back!

I came to this car wash for the the every first time and when I got home I saw my car had a bunch of scratches and they didn't even vacuum my car right. I went back as soon as a saw the scratches and asked to see the boss the employee I talk too was very rude. The boss came out and I told him my problem and he was yelling at me saying it wasn't them and I can't prove themy did it. I left very upset. I will never go there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Not so great. I got VIP car wash. There are still dirt, hair inside my car, windown not so shine and clear. Not VIP.

First time did the interior detailing, so can't really compare it with other places. They wash away the parking pass sticker inside my car, and I realized it when it was too late. Quite dissapointed with that. I still gave 2 stars because other than that, the others services were good enough.
