I bought a certified 22 CT5-V with 10k miles on it from this dealer a few months ago for $52k before tax and fees and I can tell you it hasnt been a pleasant past few months. The first thing, is that they sold me a car w/o the front license plate. I had to call the dealer and they said they needed to contact the original owner. Next I had to deal with the trade in situation. I traded in my ATS and when i traded it in they promised to pay off the remaining balance. He said he was offering me the 10 day payout because it could take up to 10 days to pay it off. This was not the case. It took significantly longer. They tried telling me that it was going to be paid in the original amount, much later than the 10 days, it took about 21 days before they paid it. Then the experience continued to get even worse. I waited a month and a half before getting the registration in the mail. They sent me the registration to the wrong car and they didn't even spell my name right. So I had to call and go through the process of getting the right registration for my car, which even that was a hassle to deal with. And then it gets really bad. So when i Bought the car, I specifically pointed out that the tires looked abnormally low on the tred depth. The salesman told me not to worry the car went through a thorough certification inspection and that the tires were thouroughly inspected. I ended up being foolish to believe him because i started experiencing issues with the back rear tire immediately. The day I went to drive it home when i picked it up, the back rear tire was low, so i asked them to adjust the pressure on the tires. After a few days, it was off again. So i topped it off thinking it was becuase they didnt fill the tire to the right pressure. Then another few days and i get another notification from on star about the tire being low. At this point there was a change in weather and it was much cooler out so i figured that it just was off because of the cooler weather. Then the problem got much worse.now it started to lose air completely over night. So i took it into Americas Tire because its close to my house in Palm Springs. They pull the tire off and tell me that there was a poor repair done on the tire and that it was leaking from the repair. So i called up the dealer and asked why they sold me a car with a defect on the tire. They claimed they had no idea that the car had a repaired tired and said they would pay for the tire. So i go into the tire shop and have James, the manager for Cadillac, on speakerphone so he can talk to guys at the tire shop. The employee at the shop then drops more unpleasant information on us both, explaining that not one but all of the tires needed to be replaced because the tred was so low. The manager at Cadillac quite literally yelled at the employee at the tire shop and accused him of lying and that there was no way the tred was that low and then he started making accusations at me saying that I must've been taking the car to race track and started saying things like I must be driving the car hard and all of these terrible things. It was quite literally causing a scene in the middle of Americas tire. But anyways he claimed he would cover one of the tires. I end up paying about $1200 for two runflat tires because i was worried the significant difference on the same axle would cause me to lose my manufactuer warranty. I sent them the invoices and even the breakdown and they said they would review the invoice and write a check.almost a month in and I didnt hear anything from them, so i followed up and they end up offering a little over $300 which was barely half of what i paid for a tire. Bottom line, dont come into this dealer expecting it to be a good experience just because they have Cadillac in their name. To me it fealt like they were trying to cut corners. In the end they decided not to pay for the tire. And then also found out they didnt even perform the recall on my car before selling it to me, still missing the heated steering wheel.not the experience you should expect for $52k car.

I was completely blown away at the service I received from Michael Kingsbury. I was in need of a new vehicle after a traffic collision. He was incredibly patient with me and never tried to push me into any vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership he had several vehicles running and waiting for me to test drive. He and the sales manager accommodated my unique circumstance and placed a lot of trust in me. I am very pleased with my new purchase and will definitely do business with them again in the future.

We went to Check Out a Used Car we saw On Line.
We called ahead of time and the Car was Pulled Out and Parked in the Shade for us to View. How Special is that?
We were shown the car and Lots of Information was given to us.
We had a Super Experience and No Pressure Tactics or Feeling Uncomfortable.
It was a Great Experience.

I purchased a new CT5 from La Quinta Cadillac last weekend and it was 5 star service all around! I talked Phil Isbell initially in the process and he was great, but then he handed me over to his salesman named Michael Kingsbury. Michael was an absolute please to work with - helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend you check them out!

Scott is THE MAN. We were driving through and had a crack in the passenger window. No windows in stock but Scott solved our problem and we were on our way quickly. Great attitude.
