La Quinta Car Wash

Stopped by to get a hand wash on my truck. They charge $60 for a midsize truck which is $10 more than a car. However, they did a poor job. I had to ask them to rinse off the bed because they didn’t do it which basically sprayed the back window of the truck again. Sloppy job wiping it down. I actually decided to help. My advice, either make sure they do the job you want or don’t bother paying the inflated price. I learned my lesson.

I’ve been coming to this place for a about 6 months now mostly after we get the rain and dust and I’ve had a very pleasant experience when arriving and being taken care of by Aaron

My Explorer and Cadillac hadn't been cleaned since the beginning of the pandemic. Having a 100 lb German Shepherd who loves car rides didn't help. I thought my vehicles would never look "civilized" again. Their crew made my vehicle look like it was right off the showroom floor. Totally amazed.

New car wash equipment and great service! Might have to wait a bit as great service brings crowds.

Prices have gone up to the point that I probably will not be able to continue coming here.

Great service! Yes they are busy but the employees are efficient and hard working. I get my car washed there a few times a month and haven’t had any issues!

Bad experience, my car got dirty very quickly, I paid for the winner's circle package. Someone other than the one who cleaned it helped me.

I will not ever take my car here again and I hope this helps other people in preventing damage to your vehicle.
I took my brand new car here on Saturday, we opted in getting the membership because it seemed like a better deal.
1. - I asked for my car to be hand washed and not be put through the machine (was completely ignored and my car went through the machine).
2. - They waxed the car and took forever only to have left white stains all around the car and they do not come off. My car is black! Can’t tell me it was like that prior to me taking it for a wash, car is only 2 weeks old and I have before and after photos.
3. - The inside was not cleaned and the inside of the doors were dirty.
4. - I tried to explained this before I left and again was completely ignored.
I let the a lady know about it (not sure she was the manager) was very rude and kept saying she didn’t see anything - clearly you can see it. The lady was in a hurry just trying to get me out of there. So I just left with a stained and scratched vehicle.
I usually take it to the Indio car wash and I only went there because I was in the area but never again. I hope this helps other people and if you have a black car do not take it there.

Amazing work. I'm a mechanic and my interior can get pretty dirty but jasmine makes sure I'm always taken care of and the work Rosa did today was amazing she got out all the grease dirt and oil stains from my interior. It looks like a new car again. Ty to jasmine and Rosa for such excellent work. Ur both awesome

Not impressed. $40 car wash. Workers running around like ants. Couldn't even bother to vacuum my vehicle. First and last visit.

Nice car wash, it was quick and they did a great job, got almost of the bug splatter off the car, from a long road trip.

Went today to get a wash the representative Aaron was so kind and helpful was so amazed with the wash my car is looking brand new again will be back thanks for the great service
