From the Salespeople to the Service Department, to the Receptionists, everyone is always pleasant and efficient! Mike Kingsbury is fantastic for explaining ALL THINGS TECH!

Justin was fabulous but you definitely need a new phone person! It’s your calling card and that gentleman fails big time! My grandfather started our Chevrolet dealership in New York just over 100 years ago, curry chevrolet, which is still family owned with other dealerships of course so I know something about the business! You have to respect your calling card which is your operator so I suggest you do something about his ineffiency’ it makes you look and sound bad! Had I not used you for the last 10 years I would have hung up and gone anyplace else!

Outstanding experience! I haven't purchased a vehicle in a loonnnggg time and LARRY Hollingshead made it so easy I couldn't believe.it! I went to the dealership not expecting to purchase same day but he was so Cool and made me believe that it was all going to happen.
I initially left but because of his Great customer service I text him and told him to check things out and let me know. He text me and said come.on down - let's make it happen!
In summary LARRY is just a cool easy going guy that I will definitely refer people to!

Sold used vehicle low on gas and brake fluid and claim a safety inspection was performed prior to sale. Do not purchase Cilajet, worthless $845 car wash, this product does not repel anything.

Asked Ilene to confirm the price and financing options, which she did. Although the dealership closed at 7PM and we weren't planning to make the purchase until the following day, we were in an out in practically no time at all. In fact the test drive took longer than the paperwork. That's a first for me and outstanding service.

Your team, Carlos and Christian treated us real well and we enjoyed working with them. When I first called around looking for certain car with a certain color they we're the only ones that responded with photos and details. We have bought several vehicles locally in the Imperial Valley and found it worth our while to travel to your dealership. You can be proud of both Carlos and Christian and the gentleman in finance who's name I can't remember.

On Sunday 1/31/21, Shortly after leaving on a 500-mile trip from La Quinta to Lake Tahoe with my dog and young granddaughter, I had a “check engine” light and message come on relating to the exhaust Fluid System. Knowing the truck would shut down after so many miles I returned to La Quinta to have La Quinta Chevrolet check it out on Monday morning. I was the first customer arriving in Service and was greeted by Scott Coletto. I explained my situation to him, and he was extremely sympathetic to my issue and advised me he would get it right in for a diagnosis. Within a few hours Scott called and advised of the findings, Nox Sensor and Exhaust Temperature sensor. He assured me it would be fixed by the end of the day which it was. Scott was extremely professional and committed to helping me get back on the road. Thanks to him my stress level went down quickly. Scott is a great asset to La Quinta Chevrolet.

If the app would provide more stars, that would be appropriate for my review of this Dealership. It also services Cadillac as well. The team is impeccable at delivering quality services, attention to the minor issues we deam major, and the best part. Once work has been completed, your car is presented back to you following THE best detail job ever!

The staff: Lorena, Rosemary, Gus, Daniel, Justin,
Michael and Nicole are the best! You can see them smiling thru their masks. I recommend this business unlike no other. Even if I had a Mercedes, I would bring it for services and maintenance here.

Nice clean deal, sales staff excellant, I had a good experience and would recommend this dealership. Note: have all your ducks in a row before you sit down to deal, value of your trade-in, what you will pay on the new vehicle, and expectations you have for incentives. Makes things go faster when both sides know what to expect.

It’s very family friendly and are willing to help you out a lot! They’ve been servicing my vehicle for some time now and so far so good. Scott, an employee there has been the best to us. Has wonderful customer service and offers great deals!

I Am very Disappointed with the Service and with my vehicle I been having to many issues and with a bad customer service I been dealing with this since 1 month of buying my truck & my tech just don’t give me any info they say nothing is wrong with my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT coming on

Today the Stars must have been aligned, it was the best experience of the last five years I’ve had from the time “Henry “ & “Scott” greeted me in the service dep.this morning. Even Mr. Dan G.
