People with the front desk were very helpful also the room was very nice clean everything in it good size coffee pot and quiet!

I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It’s under construction 7 days a week so both Saturday and SUNDAY, we were woke to the pounding of hammers. Being that I work nights and sleep during the day, a warning when booking would have been greatly appreciated. The power cord for the xfinity box was stolen so we had no tv, the rooms are grungy. And the beds are so old and over used to the point they are no longer comfortable. Not worth the money I spent whatsoever.

Manager Corina was awesome and had great customer service, give her a raise. Super helpful and friendly.

Very clean. No weird smells, not even of cleaning products (which is important to me! It's unpleasant having the smell of some cleaning stuff/room deodorizer floating around when trying to fall asleep). Small room but pretty much exactly what I expected. Oh, and a pleasantly clean bathroom! It's not a terribly long drive to Sequoia from here. All that said, as soon as we exited the vehicle to go into the hotel my wife and I both noticed the weird odor in the air outside, but that seems to be the case everywhere in Tulare. It's not terrible, and not overpowering, but it is noticeable. I'd say overall Tulare and this hotel are a perfectly good place to stay on your way to/from tiring yourself out at Sequoia.

The elevator was broken, rooms are ok, there is a smell to it in the halls and rooms which isn’t very pleasant.fire alarm went in the middle of the night. The doors don’t lock well. A person walked in the room thinking it was his when I was asleep.

I’ve been here about two weeks and then a few days ago there was a fire and we had to go out side for a few hours and then every morning after that the alarm goes off we have to evacuate and then go back in after 10 mins at 520 am. That sucks. The elevator stopped working and we changed rooms because of the alarm situation and we were on the third floor. We are in a room on 1st floor two days and I notice cockroaches all behind the mini fridge. I tell the clerk quietly so other guest don’t here he gives me a room on the second floor and says we don’t have any more space you have to leave Friday doesn’t offer us a discount or anything just leave Friday. What the heck. I’ve gave them plenty of business for two weeks we have been decent guest and I think that’s not right

The first room we got was just disgusting. It smelled of urine and there were lots of stains on the blanket. The next room no longer smelled of urine, but the floor was sticky.

Loud party with music by the pool right outside our window.it was way past time for the pool to be closed.way past midnight before the party shut down. I tried to contact the front desk multiple times but no one answered the phone.won't be staying here again. Because of this and other issues we won't be staying with La Quinta in the future.

There was a lid from a water bottle and a cap from a mikes hard lemonade on the floor by the bed. (Room not clean)

The UsB charger did not work. (had to bring in my own power bank)

Wrong descriptions on tv and unable to select channel made finding shows difficult

My 1st night i paid $100 cash deposit. I got my deposit back then due to work i got another room but this i had to pay $200 if i wanted to use cash. (Nikki dropped thr ball at the front desk)

And to Top it off a ROACH walked across my bed.

When we arrived, the internet was down, the elevator was not working, very bad greeting, bad smell in the hallways, dirty room, not recommended at all.

Very clean facility. Extremely friendly staff. Great location for just about everything you need. Excellent pricing! 2023 update. Renovations are ongoing.still my Go to place!

Staff was friendly & accommodating. I forgot our toothbrushes & they gave me some complimentary ones. Breakfast was delicious. It was easy to find. Room was a nice size & clean. Bed was comfy too. Wish we wouldn't stayed longer.

One of the most run down hotels in the area. Stayed there overnight because I had work in the area. Room was mediocre. Nothing special. The main reason I’m writing this review is because I was in a rus in the morning and forgot my shoes. I didn’t realize it until I got home which is 4 hours away. I called them and asked them if they could ship my shoes back if I paid the shipping and they said they would talk to the “owner”. They told me that they don’t run “personal errands” and wouldn’t be able to ship my shoes. I again mentioned that I would pay for shipping and any other costs.they said they’d call their “boss” and their “boss” would call me. I never received any sort of call. I had to call several times. After days of run arounds, they told me that I would have to drive FOUR hours to come pick up my shoes. I tried to reason with them, but they clearly lack empathy. I realize it is my mistake that I left the shoes, but they are being extremely unreasonable. It’s not uncommon for hotels to ship things back to people. They are lazy people. If customer service is a MUST for you, stay far far away from here. They’re horrible.

Very dirty structure, as soon as we entered the lift we found a dirty towel on the floor. The room was filthy; lots of stains around the rooms even on the sheets. There were 4 of us and we were given a room with a sofa bed which we had to make up. The only decent note, the quite varied breakfast.

Parts like the roof were still in construction, when we were here. Large rooms, modern and quite new interiors, great bed, a loud neighbor with an "overnight rendez vous" next door, some of the guests looked shady to us, yet we still felt safe, moderately priced. Nice employees.

If you need to cancel a reservation, good luck. No one answers the phone. Therefore, you will miss the "must cancel by" day and time because no one answers the phone to allow you to make the cancellation. I guess this is their way of making money. I made my reservation through AARP Expedia. They tried to call them for over half an hour. I tried several times. No one ever answered the phone. Scammers!

A tourist hotel with a very basic breakfast, a bit musty rooms and a broken elevator. For a simple and quick overnight stay in a good place OK.
