18THE GUY FROM THE FRONT DESK WAS WEIRD. He seems mean when we were checking in. He was disrespectful with an attitude. I am talking about THE BALD GUY WHO LOOKS ASIAN. He did not even tell us about the free breakfast next morning. Also he kept asking about if we had pets when we clearly did not. Also, he got mad when I asked him questions because I wanted to make sure. I think the guy is RACIST. Besides that good hotel, good price, clean rooms. So if you want to stay there because you don't want to drive after some drinks, recommend it. Clean rooms, friendly housekeeping staff, nice hotel.
I've stayed here twice in the last 2 yrs and I had a bug free, clean, updated room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The morning breakfast was fresh, coffee was fresh it was delicious. This is my go to when in the area. Should have taken pictures will do so next time.

Very clean and affordable. Breakfast served daily. The front desk evening staff was to the point and professional.
Based off of some of the other reviews, I was a little skeptical on staying here, but those reviews were wrong. Being someone who has to worked in customer service, I understand that there are particular people, so I opted to experience the hotel for myself. I was honestly extremely pleased with the cleanliness, with the way the staff treated me, with the speedy check in and check out, and how responsive the staff was. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
The contract stated they were goin to charge me an additional $250 if i had any guests come to the room. I didn't sign that spot and the guy at the desk was angry about it and demanded the key back right now. I told him he could have it after he put the $ back onto my card. They guy at the front desk was rude and almost made me beat him up but then he got smart and conceded.
The room was nice and clean, the room is small but has everything, the Ac was working perfect, the staf always say hi when they see us come in. I stay there 5 days without any problem.
Very clean, great customer service by Scott. Nice ambiance in lobby area. Very quiet room. Will definitely stay again.
Front desk service is bad, person at front wasn't nice, the pool room chloride smells was super strong.
We were on our road trip and We made a reservation under my name but when we were arriving at the hotel. I have to use a credit card under my friend. The receptionist refused us to check in because a booking person name and checked in name was different even though I was there in person. The receptionist was racing his voice on us, very rude. He treated us badly and aggressive. It was almost mid night at that time. We decided to leave and find another hotel that they are more professional. At this point, I don’t even looking for good hotel service but, this hotel is something. I never experience anything as terrible as this one. When I said the receptionist is aggressive, I really mean it. If I can get Zero star I would give the that.
My credit card got charged the deposit hold. I called them just to find out they accusing me of stealing the alarm clock from the room. Why in the world I would need an alarm clock. Last time I used an alarm clock was in 1995!
Front desk not frequently at all, if you mexican you will be treated differently. Scott and Michael need to work in costumer service.
Horrible customer service. The manager would not rent a room to me after, I pointed out that there was a different price listed on the company website.
She was rude and looked me up and down like a racist!
The staff was friendly and nice, our rooms were nice until the 2nd or 3rd night and we started to get ants in our room, all over the night stand and our beds.
Front desk Host has a horrible attitude horrible hostess he is just the worst rude inconsiderate most stuck up person I've ever met he's here right now the front desk is the most awfully down right inconsiderate negative energy person I've ever been greeted by no hello know how is your day going hope you have a nice day none of that so uncomfortable to even ask him questions
Housekeeping was the only positive service we received. The bald guy at front desk is the rudest for absolutely no reason. Couldn’t even get a question in without him throwing his hands up and rolling his eyes! Do not recommend this place!
Nice hotel, delicious breakfast. But extremely rude bald headed front desk guy. I asked for extra towels and he gave me an attitude for some reason. Weird guy asked me a bunch of questions and made me take the towels myself.
The room we had on the first floor was very small, especially for 4 people, the breakfast was the exact same the 2 days we stayed, very little variety and low quality food, both my son and I had some stomach issues after eating the eggs but the 2 who did not eat the eggs were fine. The pool area is super small and closes really early 9pm, other LaQuintas their pool stayed open till 11pm and was huge. The staff were not friendly or polite. We only stayed here because my mom was traveling with her cat. The location had a lot sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot and around the outside. Not worth the price.
