Terrible possible client interaction. Approached a technician at home depot about using them as a possible vendor. Instead of talking to me and giving me a card to get a bid he got in his van and shoed me off. Then customer service hung up on me. Surprised these guys get any business. Van #26 for corporates info. Shake my head

They installed my second set of solar panels 3 years ago. The company which installed my first set 10 years ago was no longer in business and I wanted to add additional panels to be carbon neutral. This was the only group who would install additional panels on a roof which already had some. They were very professional and did what they promised at the cost they promised. A few problems during the installation took longer to fix than I liked, but in the end it worked great. Recently, I began to have some problems with the converter shutting down. After a few emails back and forth, they came out and fixed the problem which was a loose wire. Back to full power and paying only $11 per month for being connected to the DWP for the last 3 years.

My first experience with LA Solar was in 2013, when they installed a 58 solar panel system and a 9 panel Solar Thermal system for the Pool. I gave them rave reviews then thought they were very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Not one problem in the last 7 years, just many dollars in savings.

So when I decided to explore putting in solar battery power walls, my first and only call was to LA Solar. Was I ever impressed by how they have grown in size, and their use of technology to serve their customer. After signing contracts, the Tesla batteries were delivered and hung, then they moved into hyper drive. So impressed, I refereed two friends in two other counties, one in Orange County and one in the East Bay of San Francisco.

I am extremely satisfied with all the interaction, installation, service and support provided to me by LA Solar Group. In 2015 I worked closely with the owner, Ara Petrosyan, to install an array of LG panels and Solar Edge inverters on my 2 story condo unit. We maximized the energy generation given the roof area we had to work with, and the installation of the long conduit run to the PWP meter ended up virtually invisible to other condo owners on the site. It is physically an excellent installation, and its performance is meeting all my expectations. Since then, LA Solar has diligently monitored the system performance. They once notified me a panel was down and an inverter module needed to be replaced. That service was performed expeditiously and without any impact on my own time.
I am now considering adding a Powerwall to the system and once again talking with LA Solar to supply the equipment and do the installation.
Form my experience I highly recommend this company.

I’m very happy overall with my system that LA Solar installed. I did a lot of research Into providers before selecting LA Solar. Reason for ‘only’ 4 stars is there were a few mixups in scheduling the install date. Once we got past that hiccup the install itself was great. The planning consults before install were also very professional with good feedback. It’s been over a year ear now and very happy with the system.

Finally got batteries installed. I’m so excited to use them (is it bad I’m hoping for a power outage?). Jk but the app is so cool. It literally has a diagraming showing how the power is flowing. La Solar Group was great. The sales girl, I think her name was Nune, that helped me was super knowledgeable and they delivered the batteries right away. The techs were so nice and were so careful when they were mounting the batteries. Overall very cool experience. Thank you!

Why you should go with a LOCAL COMPANY? Stuff happens ~ especially in any kind of construction! When I contacted my salesperson and expressed my concerns, he jumped right on it! I am incredibly grateful for all the work they did to make my home run more efficiently and still keep the curbside appeal! Thank you ~ All of you!

Enjoying our LG Solar Panels. This is truly the best company to work with. After consulting with other Solar companies they were the only ones that made us confident in our choice to go Solar. They were always on time and very professional.

I had a great appointment with LA solar group but I just didn't feel to comfortable with them. They had a nice graph and all but just didnt seem like a right fit for me. Appreciate the time they gave me.

Installed 11kwh solar panel system in my Los Angeles property and overall very happy with the installation process.
Installers came early morning and on the first day they put mounts and did all the preparation. Next day they came and installed solar panels and finished with the installation.
Couple days later inspector came and then someone from LADWP to install a new meter, after what LA Solar Group turned on the system and it worked like a charm.

Very positive experience, will recommend all friends to go solar with LA SOLAR group.

Warning HIT and RUN driver! Before you consider this company read what they did to me. ARA Petrosian backed his HUGE BOX Delivery truck into my wifes Acura RDX breaking the tail lights damaging the bumper and the rear hatch. How do I know this.well he didnt bother to leave a note and when I came back to LA Solar group the next day and inquired if anyone had seen what happened.they all lied and said no. SO just so happens my buddy's recording studio in the same warehouse complex had a security camera and I checked it out. I was appalled when I saw not only the delivery truck backing into my Suv but everyone that worked there came out to see the damage, even their office manager Diana who acted like she knew nothing, drove up in her car and saw the damage. As I watched on the tape as 8-9 of them inspect the damage I see them discussing then looking around then everyone walking away quickly with a couple drivers hopping and skipping collectively leaving the scene of an accident with no note left. It took me almost a month of emails phone calls and finally threats of going to the cops before ARA Petrosian the Likely driver of the truck would meet me and see the security tape.after he saw the tape he said he would take care of it and it was about the integrity of his company.
I said Integrity is doing what's right when no one is looking, this is redemption. So I agreed to go to 3 random bodyshops and told him he could pick one, he didnt so i just went to 3 near my house.the Quotes were all the same the inside sealing edge on the hatchback was crushed and whole thing would need to be replaced.lowest estimate 3k highest 4K.when I presented him with the quotes he asked if I would now go get one from his guy so I said ok. His guy wasn't even a bodyshop just a mechanic that gave me a hand written note that said "fix Car" $1500.when I told ARA that that wasnt going to fix the hatchback it was bent.he said that's the most he will pay.he would not give me his insurance info and said to do it through my insurance costing me a $500 deductible.
LA solar group has a guy with 0 integrity running it. I will post the video of them on youtube for all to see La Solar group clearly running from the scene of the accident.

Worked here for about 4 weeks hands down the worst experience I had as an solar installer. Solarm dose not give OT and the little they do they don't pay unless you tell them to fix it witch is shady in my opinion. Thiers a big lack in communication with in the company witch it's pretty sad.

I installed solar from LA solar group. They have been amazing. All the process went smooth. Installed really quickly professionally, helped me with tax credit, solar running without problem for almost 2 years, and saved me lots of money. I only pay like 5 dollars per month. I use lots of electricity because we have big fish tank. Toni Miner from LA solar respond always quickly whenever I have question or issue.
