La Tablita Restaurant reviews
14While the food is very good and presented well, service and attitude is equally important. That's where the help is needed. Have been here countless times over the years and service and hospitality has virtually disappeared.
Great dishes and friendly staff! Best Mexican restaurant ever! Always fresh and delicious! Generous portions, great beer and cocktails, as well as happy servers and management! My first choice in Mexican Cuisine!
Great food and reasonable price. We normally go to another restaurant but ended up here during the Hurricane. Glad we did and much better than where we normally go to
Met some friends here for dinner and we all had an amazing experience. Loved the food, and the wait staff ẁere attentive and helpful!
We went for dinner, the Chicken Fajita was amazing, it’s a big portion I think it is enough for two people. Nice ambiance and friendly staff.
We met friends for dinner at La Tablita. As usual, the service, food, and atmosphere were great. The portions were a good size and the food was incredibly flavorful. The margaritas were strong. La Tablita continues to be one of our top choices for Mexican food.
Very good Mexican food, not greasy, just delicious, I seem to go there just about every trip I make to the area
The service was extremely slow, we had a table of 6. There were hardly anyone else in the restaurant. The food was very poor quality. We were really disappointed had not been there in a long time. Previous visits were good, but this time was really pretty bad.
UPDATE: Another disappoint as we went back for a birthday celebration. Food is still flavorless. My ground beef tacos were so overdone, burnt, that the beef was sticking to the overdone/burned taco shell. Should've sent it back.
Drinks? Nah.had a "Cadillac" margarita that had zero booze in it and certain no float.
Never ever never again.
PREVIOUS: Wow! What a disappointment. Went here for dinner around 5: 00 p.m. 'ish on Tues. Service started out fine but then quickly went down hill. Waited and waited and waited. Finally ordered a "large" guacamole for $10 which was in a smallish cereal bowl and was flavorless and ordered a pitcher of the Cadillac Margaritas which were, of course, completely devoid of alcohol and certainly no Grand Marnier as should've been. 2 of us ordered the Carne Asada platter and the meat was literally the worst we have ever had. Zero flavor - really, of anything include the rice and beans. Sister had a tamale which she said was basically dough with little filling and a taco. Service continued down the bad side. Went here based on recommendations which apparently we have different standards. Complete waste of our money. Will not go here again.
This is one of my favorite Mexican place. I enjoy the service, atmosphere and food. Best margaritas
First time, was just getting tires across the street so decided to try it. Glad I did! Light fluffy rice, delish homemade chips and salsa that is flavorful and not spicy. Everything I tried was good and staff are nice and attentive.
Great food! Been here many times, and service has always been friendly and excellent. Highly recommend.
Almost didn’t go inside since the outside doesn’t look like anything special. Glad we did! Nice atmosphere, excellent service and great food!
Food is delicious and all the serving are huge. The restaurant is clean and well decorated
The Taco arriero is incredible
