The customer representative was professional in his communication with me over the phone. When I came in the store, Daniel was really kind and helpful in making sure I got my phone and laptop needs taken care of.

To be honest LA Tech and I had a rocky start. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. To their defense my iphone 12 pro was destroyed. Everything has to be replaced. Frame, screen, cameras etc. With all that work to be done it still ended up saving me money than buying a new or used one. Which they also offer as well. $500 and 2 weeks later I got my phone back and in the color I always wanted. Juan was such a knowledgeable and helpful person I gave him more business that day and bought a used phone as well. 4 stars because it took so long, but I am going to be a returning loyal customer. It's my tech spot.

Daniel has made my phone very amazing because the ohone i had was very messed up and cracked and it even showed cracks and camera was very broken and he has fixed my phone so fast with just only 2 hours and it was like very brand new like i just bought it.i reccomend going there and thank you so much!

Keanu made my experience incredible. He was knowledgeable, patient and quite technically adept as he answered all my questions. He helped me with a problem I’ve had for several months & have been through many people. Grateful that I was able to get his help!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. They repaired my laptop within 2 days and it came with a 6 month warranty in case anything goes wrong. Reason for 4 stars is because they repaired my laptop without calling to give me a quote first which resulted in me paying over my budgeted amount
