They are amazing! We loved Mauricio Bravo the maintenance guy. Super friendly and patient. He fixed our clogged sink and dishwasher while also explaining to my husband what may have been the cause. He was professional and knowledgeable. His demeanor was great and he stayed until he confirmed twice that everything was working properly. Before he came in we were in a panic because our sinks were over flowing and the garbage disposal stopped working as well as the dishwasher. We then smelled something burning but luckily nothing was damaged. Elise at the office was very diligent when we called and she got somebody over within 30 minutes on a weekend. We love the team and Mauricio!

Sorry I was giving you 3 stars my bad you deserve less than one star.
The worst place to live is in the La Verne area. Would not recommend moving here. Not worse your money for a (luxury) apartment that for sure a joke it's way far from luxury

Since Holly left, this place went down hill. Communication from the office was scattered. Voice-mails went unanswered. Rent was raised. But the charge was delayed three months in one lump sum bill with no notice. That's fun to budget.

During our move out process, we were asked to stay home one day for a move out evaluation- that the office scheduled- and never showed up for. I had to take-a-day-off-of-work for them to not show and leave no communication about a reschedule. We left three voice mails upon leaving because nobody picked up the phone during normal business hours.no response.

2 weeks later we got a call asking if we had moved out on the date we were supposed to. Very frustrating.

Here's the worst part: Your utilities bill is auto-paid with your rent, but electric, gas, and internet are separate. I forgot to cancel So Cal Edison on the way out (who knows - maybe this is something mentioned during your move out evaluation.which never happened). So I got a big fun bill from Edison one month later.

The workers overturning the apartment after we were gone had no problem running up that air-conditioning bill while I was paying for it.

Save yourself a massive headache and do not move in here.

All that being said, Elise at the front office did a great job handling herself professionally in my conversations one month after move out.

We don’t even live here, but were very interested in leasing. We scheduled an appointment to view a unit, but they never showed.so we assumed it was an honest mistake. We rescheduled for another day & NO SHOW again. The maintenance guy said the leasing agent was out to lunch. We waited about 45 minutes & still nothing. Very unprofessional. Most likely won’t be moving here without a good explanation as to what happened.

Lived here for 3-4 years and was happy overall, but as time wore on, things got worse. First, here's the good things: Apartments are new, pool is great, gym is usually empty, complex has pet waste bags, appliances work well, and neighbors are quiet.

But here's the bad: This complex is run like a business. They will charge whatever they can whenever they can. For instance, we always paid rent on time and were friendly tenants. Yet, each time our lease expired, management would hike up rent by $100+, which was about 4.5% of the total rent. And whatever you do, don't go month to month. Management will increase your rent each month because your "lease" is up. That means huge rent increases every 30 days. The rent can quickly become unreasonable.

Also, they use cheap materials for carpet and paint. Everything looks great when you move in because it's new, but it quickly deteriorates. We were the first to live in our apartment, and after 2 years of basic wear and tear, the carpet really needed to be replaced. The paint is the same. I scratched the wall once with my fingernail and paint came off. What kind of paint does that?

Also, management does not help when something goes wrong. Our bike was stolen from the garage and management did nothing to help. You could tell they were being fake and lied about the video cameras. Additionally, don't expect to get your whole deposit back. They always hire a cleaning company, even if you leave the place spotless.

Ultimately, I would live here again for about 1-2 years, but beyond that, rent becomes unaffordable for what you get in return. Know what you're getting into. The place is a business, but it has some perks.

Supposedly luxury apartments but talk about cheap everything. No elevators so if you get a 3rd floor unit good luck to you with moving and bro early shopping.
The community is not safe, their cameras don't work, garages get rubbed frequently and they don't do anything to help you. I get a lot of street noise if I open my door or window. The units are supposed to be pet friendly but the upper floors have a light beige carpet that loses color if you use any kind of carpet stein remover (cheep carpet), the mechanical systems are loud and make all kinds of weird noises in the middle of the night, the list goes on.
They are on you for e everything. You can not even decorate your own balcony. When you have issues they can never help you and the answer is always a fake I’m so sorryyyyy.
Oh and they will get the most money out of you if they can not everyone gets charged the same price for the same apartment. They have all these stories to tel you why you are being charged more and kind of it makes sense. The tenets hate them because they lie to their tenants all the time. The place is a rip off. I moved out as soon as could.
