We are very satisfied with the personalized service from Jenna and Sara at the La-Z-Boy showroom in Mission Valley. The ladies were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They worked well together to answer all our questions including follow-up on specific and important details.

Quick easy decision to buy my chair at la-z-boy. I looked at other stores for upholstery resistant to sunscreen, I only found it at this store. Joe is a friendly, non-aggressive salesperson with a winning, helpful attitude

First time visiting Lazy Boy Furniture and was greeted by Joseph goes by “Jo”. He walked us through selection, configuration, drew up my design that I was having a hard time verbalizing. I saw a 2-D demonstration of my design and was able to try out our couches that were on the floor for display. Such a amazing experience! Told him we couldn’t run our credit because we are buying a home and he let us put a down payment to reserve the couches. We are over the moon thrilled with their customer service! We definitely will be coming back.

I was overly impressed with our sales rep, Roger. I also liked the choices I had in chairs and loveseats. The store was clean and bright and all personnel were friendly.
I had recently experienced unprofessional treatment from two other furniture stores. At your store I replaced a not to long ago purchased chair and sofa chair. They had been in my house only a few weeks when problems occurred and no one want d to handle or even talk to me.
I should have come here first. Beautiful US made furniture and extremely helpful in getting me the correct chair for all my needs and comfort.

Am I on this was a better experience than we had had at any other of the furniture stores that we stopped at the store had better betterBetter stuff than other furniture stores the chair that I bought was clearly the best chair that I had shown it should’ve been shown at other stores

Wife and I purchased our couch here. We got a power reclining couch. Christopher, the in store sales representative, was very knowledgeable and helpful in the couch purchase process. Thank you! Couch is comfortable and worth every dollar.

Awesome shopping experience!

We are shopping for furniture in Massachusetts for our new 2nd home in San Diego so it will be mostly furnished prior to our arrival from Boston when we go out next month for a long visit. Our local sales consultant, Aaron, in the Attleboro store was graciously able to arrange our purchase (thanks to phone and internet) through the San Diego store so it could be delivered right to our new home. The San Diego sales consultant, Roger, was cooperative and kind enough to allow for this to happen. It was a smooth transaction thanks to these two professionals. I must also say how helpful Aaron was finding just the right pieces with me for the new home even though he knew there was no “sale” for him personally. I’m so pleased at how smoothly this went and how professionally the transaction was completed. I would certainly recommend these two stores for their wonderful treatment of their customers. I’m very excited about the furniture itself too!

I had a fabulous experience with Erica at the Mission Valley store. I had been previously and wasn’t able to stay within my budget. I went back and sought her out explaining what my limit was. She took a good hour and a half with me, working backwards so that I ended up with exactly what I wanted AND within my budget. Thanks Erica, for your patience and professionalism.

This shop is huge! They had lots of different future to choose. It is also very affordable if all fits into your budget. The staff are nice and friendly!

The delivery was good. One of the power motors for the foot rest malfunctioned. The delivery person was able to fix it and our salesperson called to make sure we we satisfied.

Everyone was so unprofessional and out of sorts. Guy that helped us originally asked us a few questions and went to lunch without telling us. A lady ended up helping us but I felt the entire time like they were doing me a really big favor to help me buy two lazy boy chairs. We love the product and will be back. I will use La Mesa location to buy vs Mission Valley.they are much nicer.

Jay was our representative and he was grea. Very thorough and knowledgeable. No pressure and tremendous patience. We truly appreciated him and his support. The only thing that bothered us, is they don’t take your old chairs away.

Looking for a replacement lounge chair, I could not have been more pleased shopping along side Roger, who was very thoughtful in helping me decide the right chair for me. And with a few recommended upgrades he had me out the door armed with all the information I needed for delivery of a great chair. I felt as if my business was appreciated here.

We bought a love seat during the clearance. We had issues with the comfort of the furniture. Even though this was a floor model close out, Roger contacted us to make things right.and we were able to exchange our love seat for a couple of chairs. Even though we changed furniture, there is still issues with the comfort. It has been around a month and he covering on one chair is stiff and hard and the other chair is uncomfortable to sit in. We don't understand how three different chairs can have comfort issues. We bought a chair from a different company and do not have issues with it.
