I believe the time and attention given by the sales associates at LazBoy is superior. I never feel rushed and I always get exactly what I was looking for, even when it requires an extended search. The sales associate walked the entire showroom floor with me until I found the exact end tables I was looking for. The design team is wonderful. Mary Katherine designed my living room helping me select patterns that matched my favorite wall painting. I’m so pleased that I went back for a sleeper sofa for our spare room.

We purchased a recliner and ottoman from Lazy Boy and had our best experience with a furniture sales associate in all the years we’ve been shopping. Laura Pizante assisted us in our choices with a great attitude, energetic work ethic, and a willingness to be flexible. We never felt pressured and were provided with everything we needed to make our experience a pleasant one.

Our Sales person Mary was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in helping us identify the chair we wanted for our master bedroom out of a wide selection. This is our second purchase from the store on Watt Ave and the first chair is still in good condition even though it was purchased 15 years ago. We were happy that there is a 20% sale now which also includeS free delivery. We do have to wait a few weeks for delivery due to the disruption of the supply chain but it was worth to get the chair we wanted.

It was a very productive visit. My sales rep Mary Katherine quickly helped me make decisions for additional seating that I needed. She had the pictures I had previously sent her so she quickly showed me what I needed to see. I also bought other items but they were so well recommended I had to!

Needed a recliner quickly due to scheduled surgery. Brett was very helpful searching for exactly the type of chair I wanted and got permission to sell the floor model.

Did not have the choices they once had regarding sectionals with electronic recliners. Were not very helpful.

Needed a recliner immediately for my wife who had just had a c section. They had a handful of models on sale and clearance available to take from the floor instead of waiting the normal 2 weeks for delivery. The manager even offered to allow us to take one of the models that's was not suppose to be available to take from the floor. Excellent customer service and sales staff was informative without feeling like they were pressuring us to buy.

I always have a great experience at La-z- Boy furniture Store on Watt Ave.in Sacramento they're all courteous and treat you with respect.

WORST PURCHASE EVER! I After only having our sofa for two days, I became physically sick, from the fumes of formalydahyde protecting the sofa. Never again, will we order from Lazy Boy again. Subpar quality furniture.

Everything was fine except for delivery day delivery was A-day late and designer did not show up at time of delivery. Lazy boy spoke very highly of the designer that would show up and help set everything up but they never showed. I paid a great deal of money for the services in the furniture of lazy boy I doubt I will ever return.
