We ended up buying to recliners.at La-z-Boy furniture in Temecula. We have to wait three months for standard recliners. We wanted to do the 12 month same as cash but the sales associate didn’t even offer it so my fiancée just paid out of our savings. As we were leaving the store the sales associate gave us a leather cleaning kit. We had no idea that we paid 40.00 for that kit until we went over the invoice. Lesson learned for us. Would I shop here again…not sure.

Great place to shop, they let you know that they are there to help you buy there not hounding you down at every minute you try out a new recliner. I like to shop in peace & not be bothered till i’m ready to ask questions & they did just that. I would definitely shop here again.

Was told delivery of furniture would be 6-8 weeks. Wasn’t called to be informed it was going to be later, so I called and found out. Took approximately 3 months to have furniture delivered! Would not do “custom” again, either in stock or shop elsewhere.

We just purchased our second pair of recling chairs from Lazy Boy. We also have a leather sofa by them. Before we bought the leather sofa, we bought one from another company. Big mistake, Lazy Boy has in the long run, a very good product for the money.

Do not shop here! All the good workers are gone because of very bad new manager, Roger, so it is a terrible place now! Drive to another store or company, it's worth it. Those left will lie, cheat, and steal to get your $$!

We have purchased many pieces of furniture from La Z BOY. Our experience in the Murrieta is always a good experience. There is no pressure to buy something. The sales staff is always helpful and listen to what your needs are. You cannot go wrong with a La Z Boy product and the Murrieta Store is the perfect place to “build” your chair with their large computer generations of what you pick out and different types of fabrics you choose.

Shopping at the Temevula La-Z-Boy store is always an enjoyable, non-pressured experience! Everyone who works there is kind, knowledgeable, very helpful, and easy to work with! During our last purchase experience, Heidi, our sales person, and both Kate and Rosie, who also helped us with the sale, were all great! We would recommend this store to everyone!

We had a very positive experience and are happy with the furniture that we purchased. And now we're just waiting for delivery, as our furniture is custom-made when we order it it'll be a month or two but I'm sure it'll be worth it

I went to lazyboy to get a high leg recliner. They have a large selection and like 900 fabrics to choose from so you can get exactly what you want! My son has 2 of these recliners. They look like regular side chairs but they recline, so no more of those huge glommy recliners. Unless thats what you want but they take up alot of room, which I dont have. The sales person, Rodger, was so pleasant and helpful. The furniture is all high quality made in USA. It will be my only furniture store from now on!
