Great experience! We have come to Lazy Boy Cerritos for our two Leather Recliners and Love them! We also returned to purchase our Love seat sleeper and it really was worth the purchase. Most recently we went to purchase a chair and ottoman and the service we received was awesome. Highly recommend Lazy Boy!

Gilbert was very helpful-and patient! He found all the info on the sofa of our choice, showed us fabric samples and gave us plenty of space to talk & decide without pushing us at all.

4 months ago I purchased my furniture. It finally arrived but was told 1 table were still waiting for. Again, I said 4 months ago.in July of 2022. I'm a new 1st time homeowner and was excited to now invite family over, the delivery is for today. Delivery called this morning and said they can not find my expensive area rug in the warehouse and cannot give me a delivery date. Im so upset and want to cancel my family dinner. I'll post again today to update everyone on the condition of the furniture that has been delivered.

I tried a few different recliners. I just needed a chair to relax on. I got the least expensive. I’m sure it will do. Salesperson was very nice and to the point. In and out fairly quick. Thank you

The manager, Elaine, at the Cerritos store was fantastic, friendly and very accommodating. She helped me with my bedroom furniture pieces and is going to follow-up on an iron bed frame to see if it would work with a tempur pedic base.
Highly recommend!

The selection was good; there were many different styles and fabrics to choose from. I currently own two LAZBOY sofas, and they have held up well over the years. I would definitely recommend.

Spent last weekend at the Cerritos La-Z-Boy furniture store; had to visit local eateries to maintain nourishment. In the end, we ordered a couch and chair reclining units. Genesis was amazingly helpful, very patient and knowledgeable about her products. Easy 5 stars
