TBird was friendly, awesome and answered all our questions. The store manager was also awesome, we had a great experience.we would definitely recommend La-z-boy, we custom ordered our furniture and can't wait to receive it.thank you all for the great experience!

Gabriel was wonderful to work with. He was able to explain the difference between a standard sleeper replacement mattress and the temper pedi, which convinced me to purchase the better mattress.

Don't buy the warranty from them, it's a big waste of money. You will sit on hold for hours and when you do get a person they'll come up with any reason not to cover your problem. Don't plan on receiving your furniture for like 6 months or more either. It's overpriced and the quality might be a hair better than Ashley's but not worth all of the other cons that come along with them. Next couches will be from Costco, MUCH better customer service. Hope it helps save you some headaches.

When to Lazzy boy furniture, and the lady who attended me and my husband. Was very nice and patient. She answered all are questions. Help us find the patern I had seen on line. For my sofa. Thank you for your wonderful help. Every one there was very nice.

Love this place! Great furniture store. Huge selection. We were able to get exactly what we were looking for and paid less than we anticipated.
Update: I've had problems with two of the three chairs. The foot rest mechanisms failed. So much money for them to fail just after warranty expired. Won't make that mistake again

We worked with Gabe Coffin as our furnishings consultant. He did an excellent job of listening to what we were looking for and making suggestions. He was so patient and informative. It turned out to be an excellent experience.

We came here today looking for a new dresser an overweight woman with a curly brown short hair standing just inside the front door informed us they do not sell dressers (although we could see some in the store) and that they're to small of a show room for us to even look around what kind of business is that if it wasnt judgemental idk what it was just sheer laziness? !? ! And you know I'd rather not buy furniture from someone that stuck up to begin with she didnt even deserve the sale so yeah I guess I'll be finding a furniture store that doesnt judge you before you even get 5 steps into the door

I liked my Sales Associate, Jill Louie. She was very helpful. I am not happy that your delivery company will not take away our old Lazy Boy sectional sofa. We have bought 7 recliners and a sectional sofa from Lazy Boy over the years. The delivery people always took the old furniture away. The other furniture companies I visited in Redding, California uses delivery companies that will take the old furniture away.

The employees at the local Lazy Boy are all very professional are committed to helping customers find the RIGHT chair for their body and lifestyle. They want to make sure each customer is truly happy for the long haul, not just making sales. We felt like we were in good hands! Excited to get our comfortable new recliners! I just want to say what a great experience I had at our Redding La-Z-Boy Furniture Store. Jill was my salesperson and she was awesome! She was very helpful and patient. I tried several recliners and went back and forth with her answering all my questions. I can hardly wait for my recliner to be delivered! Thank you so much for all your help!

We were so excited and ready to spend over $1,800. And some odd change, only to find out we wouldn't be able to receive a chair made in America/Lazy Boy for minimum of 6 months to a year. Outrageous, we will look elsewhere and most likely have to go out of town. We prefer to shop locally, but that's not always possible.

Perhaps my experience was unusual. It began pleasantly enough even though I had felt uneasy in the store on a previous visit. Nevertheless, I wanted a La-Z-Boy chair so I thought it would be easy enough to accomplish that. What ensued was extremely unpleasant. Initially I was charged the full price for the chair even though it could not be delivered for several months. I reminded that it would be my preference to pay a deposit and the balance when the chair arrived. I began to get requests to pay the balance for the chair even though delivery was still up unknown. I have never been pressured for payment as I was with this store. The manager of the store was demanding and rude, she wanted her payment or she would just hang up because she had other things to do. She did insist that if the chair was not what I ordered or defective I could refuse the order, however the language on the sales contract does not make any reference to my being able to do that, it only says I can make a claim. In other words I could be left holding defective or incorrect merchandise and then have to fight for a replacement or an unlikely refund. The sales transaction at La-Z-Boy is no different than purchasing online. They have no capacity to ship to their store for you to preview your purchase. Worst of all was their manager who possess no customer service skills whatsoever is one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. I have shopped over the years at many furniture stores including Ethan Allan, Oak Tree and Kuebler's to name a few and always dealt with the most courteous people. I was never pressured for a payment, and with an issue on one item the manager came to my home and took care of what was needed. I can't imagine ever having to deal with anything with the manager or woman who called me from La-Z-Boy, she sounded like an angry bill collector. I just had thousands of dollars of work on my home and the contractors never pushed for payment, they invoiced, and they were paid. They did not harass as La-Z-Boy has.
UPDATE: The store was generous enough to return my deposit so I have to give them credit for that, as the sales agreement indicated that the deposit would not be refundable. P. S. This week I purchased the exact same Lay-Z-Boy chair, same model, same fabric, same color from another furniture store, they delivered within two days of my purchase and for a lesser charge. The price on the chair was over $! 00 lower. I couldn't be happier.

Sales person was very helpful and store was very clean. Mechanism furniture mostly. 10 to 12 months for delivery. A real negative for me. Bought elsewhere that day.
