Worst when we get nobody approached us if we need help we looking in the store for 10 minutes so we left.

Wife and I are very pleased with the sofa and love seat combo. Both have lumbar, head support with the automatic feature. Little pricey adding the material and mechanical extended warranties, but well worth the peace of mind. We were assisted by Brandy. Very patient with our questions and professional. Store was very clean and they provided hand sanitizer at the entrance or plastic gloves if you prefer. The check out clerk was very nice and had funny sense of humor. Forgot her name, but easily to recognize with her rose tattoo's on her hands. Thank you, very much ladies.

Mediocre quality furniture, and worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I bought a chair from them, and it was delivered months late and broken. Rather than replace the chair that was given to me broken, they insisted on trying to repair it through a third party.

Since then, I've had five service requests over the last year to try to resolve the issue, with no success. Some repairmen were unable to fix the issue. One said that they could fix it and ordered a new part, but the wrong part was delivered. The only results of the repairs is that the chair has slowly been further damaged by repeated disassembly and reassembly.

It was really nice to have somebody in the store come out soon as we walked in to help us instead of everybody running and hiding when they see customers come in really appreciate it lazy boy thank you

Bought a $1500 chair from them. It was delivered broken, 3 months late. I have spent the last year trying to get the chair fixed, with no success. I've spent probably 15-20 hours dealing with technicians and customer service, without anything actually getting fixed.

This is the worst consumer experience of my life.

Minh was excellent, showed me options, explaining differences and advantages. He encouraged me to try out models and was close by to answer questions and concerns. I purchased and will shop here again.

My husband and I was looking for a recliner and I received excellent customer service from Mr. Jon Goodman, he was knowledgeable about there products and very helpful in us selecting the best recliner. Thumbs up on the service that I received. I will be returning to purchase additional furniture this year.

Entered the store a little overwhelmed by the selection got assistance from Jason with vast knowledge of the stock he had on hand able to nail down our choice and strike a deal and that's what a capital D whole visit 15 minutes

In spite of the fact that the customer service through the Emeryville store has been very good, (Sheena came to my house to install the replacement wand), my chair is malfunctioning again after replacing the wand just 2 days ago. Same exact problem: the power goes off and on and the chair will not function without the wand working. I want Sheena to contact me again and this time I will send the entire chair back for a full replacement or refund. I [aid $1400 for this chair and I am afraid that it is simply a lemon! The warranty will run out soon, so please HELP.

The deliveryman were great very efficient, very fast the only thing is that I wanted a phone call 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive but everything turned out OK

I worked with a woman named Victoria in Emeryville Cal. She helped me find the couch I wanted as well as figuring how how to get the look I wanted and spend a lot less money. She was super friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you Victoria!

I had a great experience shopping at the Emeryville store. The salesperson was very informative and easy to talk with. The furniture was mostly reduced down with great Incinstive for the shoppers.

Not pushy. Epic quality. Long lead times 6-8 weeks after you purchase, but that is the going rate for custom and strong craftsmanship.

My wife and I ordered two chairs and a rug from this La-Z-Boy. We were happy with the quality of the chairs, but they were delivered near midnight during the week. We found this unacceptable and equally unacceptable was their lack of willingness to reschedule it, since we'd assumed it was not going to show up at all that day and had gone to bed. The neighbors were not exactly happy either.

The major issue we've been having that is ongoing, however is that of the rug.

The rug was supposed to be delivered by now. However, we have since moved out of the bay area and it has been impossible for them to change the delivery address. We've gone around and around with Corporate which has no influence of responsibility over the local stores, which are all owned and operated locally. We are at an impasse and are serious looking into legal pathways, since the rug was custom and not inexpensive. They say no refund is possible, but it would be nice to have the rug. If it hasn't been shipped (so they say), how hard can it be to ship it ELSEWHERE before it gets onto the boat from China/India, etc?

I would recommend this store be avoided.

Buyer beware! "Lifetime guarantee " for parts. I'ts BS. You have to pay $159.00 to have someone come and fix it! Nothing like standing by your product. Don't buy the furniture that has the pull inside the chair or couch. Didn't hold up for even two years. Macys has cheaper lazy boy knockoffs.
