I went to La-Z-Boy because, after looking on line for a swivel recliner, I realized there was only a limited choice of colors or prints to choose from. La-Z-Boy’s website showed lots of choices. Thanks to all their help I found a beautiful striped print to have on the swivel recliner I chose. I also order two down pillows to match for the sofa. I am so thankful I could find the colors I wanted and didn’t have to put up with the few colors that other store were offering me. Thanks La-Z-Boy for Caring!

Anna Grif helped us choose a chair lift for my mom. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different chairs and features.

I previously purchased a Lazy-boy Recliner 15 years ago, and still have it. I needed a second one, and purchased it from the same store in Rancho Cordova. Both times the employees have been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. If I live long enough, I will purchase a third from the same store.they are all awesome!

Max went above and beyond to give us the opportunity to explore the store by our selves once he checked in with us to find out what our needs were. He walked thru the store showing us all available recliners that met our request. He answered all questions and discussed the workings of each recliner. We were on our way out and he approached us to show us one more chair that met our needs and we now own it. Bummer it will take months to get it, but that’s ok as it’s one less thing we have to on our to do list! Very satisfied!

Great service! Went to browse. The salesgirl Marcella was excellent teaching me the many different styles and coverings. She answered all my questions and concerns. I ended up buying on the spot!

Our sales associate, Larrisha Clemmons, was amazing. The perfect combination of allowing us to look around without pressure and stepped in to help if I needed it. Lazboy was only slightly higher priced than competition at Ashley Furniture and less than Nature wood. But I'm happy to pay a little more for a product name in the USA with a lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend lazyboy and Larrisha next time you are in need of quality furniture for your home.

Delivery was on time and furnitures were carefully moved. However, the sofa removable backrest were not reinstalled properly (not locked in place).

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, explained some of the options and I was able to decide which options are right for me

The sales person who helped us was very friendly, personable and answered all of our questions very well. He assisted us in finding the chairs that would fit our needs perfectly. He was very good at explaining everything to us. I would definitely recommend this store.

We ordered our furniture and were given an estimated delivery date. They were right on time and delivered it promptly. They set everything up for us and were very gracious. The entire experience, from deciding on the furniture styles and fabric, to the delivery and set up we’re wonderful.

Delivery was right on time and seamless! The custom made chair however has sewing flaws that are obvious. Further, do not count on the “production” time as an indicator of delivery. The chair will be made in that timeframe and then sit for another 3 weeks while they load a truck to get it to you, squeaky wheel! I wish t do this again. For the $1600+ we spent on one chair, I could have purchased an entire sofa! Crazy.

We love our new sofa and recliners. The colors are beautiful. We were surprised when pillows were delivered for the sofa for an added touch!

I have not received my rocker recliner yet.the only issue that bothered me was the close out color choices were not available to view at the store.so several chairs I couldn't choose because it would have been a gamble when it arrived and not knowing if the color
was one I approved of or not.
Larrisha Clemmons was very patient and explained about frame size and helping me narrow down my choices.
I appreciated her understanding and helping me to try each chair for comfort, height etc.
