I had a very enjoyable experience at La-Z-Boy. The store is clean, well lit, and has a large variety from which to choose. My salesman was, Jason.he was helpful well on farms and very professional. I bought several items in the end and Jason helped me the whole way.

Gregory is the best! He is personable and knowledgeable about the products, willing to discuss the pro and cons for fitting a chair to your personal needs. He gave us space and time for us to make our decisions. Over time we have purchased many La-Z-Boy products. They have all been quality pieces of furniture.

Jason was great. He provided all the info I needed and best of all left me along when I just wanted to browse. The 30% off sale didn't hurt either.:) The only issue was delivery times for custom are still out there. But not the stores fault.

Our electric Lazy Boy recliners are wonderful, however the service to repair them is absolutely terrible. We have been waiting about 4 months to get parts, didnt send all the parts the first time, and the repair number leaves you on hold for half an hour. Very frustrated!
