The staff was rude and unprofessional. I came to the location and was told to wait at the front. Then 15 mins later the staff left a sign saying they are close for the rest of the day. I wasted my time waiting there.

Unfortunately this place falls short on expectations. Social distance is not followed in office let alone proper sanitation. The front reception is extremely rude. Carmela thank you for your unprofessional demeanor. Buisness companies I would think twice about sending your employees to this location.

The wait was an hour long for just walk-ins, but the staff was completely unprofessional, rude, and there were already too many people waiting outside right when they opened. People could not wait inside because of overcrowding, yet the staff did not speak loud enough for the people to hear them, who had to wait outside for their name to be called. Then when someone would walk in and ask if their name was called and the staff was rude to them saying they didn't call them and were getting irritated because people kept walking in as if they were being bothered. The person who took my blood wrapped the bandage so tight on my arm that I could not get it off after I was able to take it off 10 minutes later. I nearly cried in a panic trying to rip it off because it was cutting my blood circulation. I felt like the girl who got her face mask pierced to her ear by Claire's, it was horrible. Come up with a better system for people who just need to get lab work done. The system they have now is clearly not working, especially when all the other lab corp places are closed like the one in downtown or booked up with appointments like their other office.

The location is nice and very quiet. Checked in quickly and also left just as fast. Super nice staff that made the place a comfortable and private atmosphere.

I was in and out with out complication. Staff was friendly; I'll definitely be back for and further labs.

Limited seating, and limited staff. Funky smell when ur all cramped in together. If your waiting outside they will not bother to open the door and call you.

It's a plus that they are open on Saturday. Unfortunately, the hours are limited. Small office, often crowded but easy to find location.

They're busier than they can handle. I arrived to the entire room being full of people and had to wait a bit, which was to be expected as a walk in, but it wasn't that bad of a wait. While I was waiting I'd watch the receptionist go back and forth from working in back to the front counter, some times he'd be gone for so long that the people who walk in leave instead of signing in and taking a seat. But when it was my turn the practitioner kept apologizing about the wait and everything was done within a few minutes. She was doing multiple things at once to speed things up. So over all I had a good experience here, but I think they need to hire some more help.

Only place to get your blood drawn for tests. Doesnt take long. One front clerk and one vampire. Lol. Small waiting room. Water cooler. Look for sign outside.

This place is very clean they take care of business the right way. All employees are very professional and they know how to do their jobs they have very good vampires there that know how to take your blood and do it the correct way so you don't have to worry they're gentle and kind and the place is very clean I would recommend it to anyone
