13I’m a new hire and my job sent me for an initial screening. This place has horrendous customer service. I have gone to Quest in the past and the difference is so stark that it is hard to believe. I have had a better experience at the DMV!

Don’t bother coming to this place. After checking in and opted for a phone notification, I waited 2 hours and I still didn’t get any text or phone calls. I went up to the office and no one was at the reception desk.
Bad bad bad bad they don't even show on the website there closed for 12-1 like u guys have a while bunch of people and wasting there time.
This place is so unprofessional. They do not tell you their rules about not having babies come with you. They only had one worker doing everything. She looked like a chicken with her head cut off. So rude and could barely explain things professionally. I am so hoping I dont have to business again at their location.
Consistently friendly staff, but also consistently they seem unaware of my appointment status booked online until I tell them after waiting long past the time. Sometimes there are not enough seats because so many are waiting. Waiting room is not air conditioned and quite miserable with a single fan. No one in the waiting room can hear the person in the window calling names over the noise. Garbage strewn on floor. The new kiosks seem to cause more difficulty than they are worth, and they crowd out the water cooler, much needed in the 90 degree heat, with so many fasting and faint. Improvements are needed.
This place these people, check in with your ID at a machine, quite weird and impersonal, the techs are extremely rude and also don't what they are doing, couldn't find my lab orders in the computer, very dont give a F. Went to another labcorp (Berkeley), extremely friendly, everything was easy no problems.
This is my 1st time going to a labcorp. The staff isn't very friendly. The tech told me to sit, I looked out the window and next thing I knew he jammed the needle inside my arm. I'm very dissatisfied and a little worried, I hope he used a new needle and I didnt even get to see it itself or even when it was getting jammed into my arm. Also 1st time in 30 years my arm was sore from a blood draw.
Just came to have my lab test this morning and the tech is not friendly at all. I told her to try a smaller needle and she said not because somebody can’t get it She can get it. Didn’t even apologize. The office clerk is not friendly too. That’s not good for customer service!

9: 30 -11 am. Morning tests
No test from 11 to 1
1-3 pm. Afternoon test
Just so people know and to save a car trip and 2-3
minutes of voicemail.
Receptionist was rude. She denied service to my client because she didn't speak enough English to her like.
Went the day before to get urine and stool sample containers. Made appointment, took me immediately, perfect blood draw, friendly, courteous, and professional. I am a senior and have been going there for nearly 15 years. I highly recommend them and my doctor only sends me there for blood work.
Front desk was not friendly to the elderly, had a I don't care attitude.
I arived at 840 and left at 1030.
I tried to find a customer satisfaction survey but was unable to locate one. This tells me that the Managment is not that interested in how I feel about the service.
