A gentleman by the name of Andrew was absolutely amazing I normally can't handle getting my jlood draw I start to get a fever and shortness of breath but he made it painless and was so sweet amd kept talking to me the entire time I will definitely be returning to this location whenever I need to

So I was a little scared to come here because of the reviews, but please don’t let them deter you. I came in right as they returned from lunch and there were only one or two others there waiting. The check in process is quick, and I waited for less than 5 minutes. The woman who took my blood, Denise, was very kind and it was over quickly. I normally have a very hard time getting my blood drawn because I’m a “hard-poke, ” but she got me on the first try and it was much better than I’m used to. Super grateful that what is normally an unpleasant, anxiety ridden activity was quick and easy.

My god! Your receptionist is completely unprofessional! She told my husband to drink water before test though I told her several times that the doctor warned us not to drink, eat, brush teeth, but she still was so rude and almost shouted at me. So in the end we couldn’t pass the test and have to waste our time and return here! Very unprofessional!

I had a pleasant experience at this office, yesterday. I was nervous because of the reviews, but my experience wasn't bad. The staff were pretty friendly and I was taken care of quickly. My only complaint was the restroom I used was not that clean. It wasn't the worst, but it had a bit of trash left on the floor. I would definitely come here again for any other lab work that I need.

The place is disorganized on the front end, web site, office, etc. That doesn't rate even one star. The phlebotomist was fast and efficient, which means minimal pain and no huge bruise. Overall though, I'll take a pass.

We took our son to get blood work. The staff was very helpful. They made sure to get the correct amount of blood. When they where having trouble they brought someone to help. They did an amazing job

Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment, the lobby was full. Front desk was very nice and moved through the wait quickly. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes, fantastic. Door could use a little TLC.

Visited this location for my last blood work and everyone is exceptional. Phoebe was the best blood drawer, she was able to draw me effortlessly.

Staff did not reinforce wearing masks for a patient. A staff also came in to work without a mask, breathing all over the place while walking in front of patients before getting shift.
