I had a good experience 9/7/22 my blood draw was very easy and didn’t hurt which is always a good thing! My phlebotomist was very experienced and made sure to ask me my information before I was drawn also showing me my samples with my name on them! Overall a good experience!

The people who work in the front are always so friendly, however the first time I went in for a test, the tech could not get my vein in either arm and was just moving the needle around. I was trying really hard to stay calm and eventually she did get it.

I went in for another test today - front desk people are still great! - but the tech was visibly frustrated that she had to help me, barked demands at me, and removed the needle in such a rush that it actually cut my arm. I removed the gauze 30 mins after my appointment and my arm was still actively bleeding and it feels bruised.

Just unpleasant testing experiences. I've been to other LabCorp locations with fewer issues, and I recommend trying a different location from this one if you are able.

This is terrible, had some issue with my drug test and everyone I called over the phone with was incredibly rude.

It was packed. Good thing is they take you even if you don't have an appointment. There is lots of parking g but it gets so busy that you may struggle to find one. Best to make an appointment

I went for routine blood work. A tall dark-haired flabotomist did the draw and I literally did not feel a thing. I have never had such a pleasant blood draw. While I don't know your name, thank you for being so good at what you do.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The employees here all are HORRIBLE! We come in for appointment with a handicap person and the lady in the front desk name Mary was horrible, she forced us to wait outside in the sun even when they had chairs available to wait inside, basically made us wait standing outside in the sun for more than an hour. This place is horrible and the employees are despotic and arrogant. Never come back again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The employees here are HORRIBLE! I had an appointment for 1: 15 pm. I arrived 5 minutes early, signed in at their kiosk and sat down. I waited for an hour but had another heath appointment to get to. When I went up to tell the receptionist she was very snotty and said I would simply have to come back. I won't go back there. She never even got around to calling me up to see what I was there for.

My urine screening had to be split specimen but the tech only prepared 1 specimen and my copy of the test said "split specimen? No". I realized this driving home after my screening so I called back the site. I told the tech what happened and he replied that they actually did everything right and then hung up on me mid sentence as I started to reply. Everyone else working there was fine. Not sure who this tech was, an Asain man. He was rude the entire time even during the collection process.

The building is old and they should probably get a lit up sign but it's easy to spot right on the corner. The staff was friendly and the front desk ladies answered my questions right away. The parking lot was full when I came out, so I'd suggest arriving early if you're coming in for an afternoon appointment. I got my drug test done & was out the door within 15 minutes.

It take 10 days to get the result with quest it take only 24 hr they are joke

They were nice enough on the phone, but failed to tell me that they close at 3pm, so I drove all the way here to arrive at 3: 07p. I won't be coming back and will use another lab service moving forward.

One of the worst centers I have been in. It is dirty, disorganized. Employees on the front desk are rude and condescending. There is no information about your wait time with or without appointment. If you can avoid it, do it by all means

For employment drug screening. 12: 30pm-2: 30pm. Got up early, so I thought, when I arrived by 7: 10am. There were 15 people ahead. Went to sign in, and some receptionist lady didn't seam to be patient or consider other foreign patients trying to sign in. (I understand it's stressing times but be a better person for your public work; this company needs to hired personel to fill the demand) after sign in, a few minutes later, I was called by the reception, only to find out they only provide drug screening 12: 30-2: 30. I called another labcorp at newport beach, same deal (I'd rather go to the newport beach facility; I've been there once before, and it's nicer and quiet, walked in 2min wait time. TIP: since its the same Lab, they will send my results to my employer, even though I was initially sent to the Tustin location). There is no signage of the different services times nor on the website. Unfortunately, I'm sure I'm not the only person this type of situation has happened too.

One of the worst places but had to come. Rude service, staff takes their sweet time and they ask you not to eat for some test then after 3 hours you still wanting. Will find a way to fix this there must be a way to either get faster staff or get rid of some of them.

Very poorly managed. Avoid this location unless this is the only location and u have no other choice. Very unprofessional.not sure if they Atmore cleaning after every blood draw. I personally saw one left other came but no sanitization was done even in this time of Pandemic.

I would like to share my experience at your Tustin location. Every time I go in for my lab work. I am greeted with friendly smiles. There is a girl at the front desk named Tina, and she is always so friendly and helpful. I appreciate how sweet she is.

Very rude receptionist. Can not even understand what he says. They open 7am, but some exams are just between 12: 30 to 2: 30.
Looks dirty place also.
Hope do not need to come back.
