Medical Laboratory Labcorp reviews
18This place is the best lab location, it is very organized and well run. Easy check-in and you can wait in your car for a text when they're ready. Today I got an adorable tech named Jude who took my blood painlessly.
This lab core office has always been super never any problems staff has always very nice I realize things happen but overall superb service
I’ve been here several times in 2022
What I have learned is that coming in on a Monday or Friday can take a very long time, up to 2 hours of waiting! They want you to do a self check in and they text you when it’s your turn but I do wish they would text you to say thanks we see you checked in there is _ amount of people ahead of you and your estimated wait time is _. That way I could do some window shopping or run some errands considering they are located near several store.
The process of taking blood has always been positive and the techs are well skilled at making it as painless as you allow the procedure to be. Honestly just don’t over think it, take a deep breathe and count to 10 by then you’re typically done and bandaged.
I have found that if you come in right as they reopen from lunch on any day other than M or F it may take as little as 7 minutes to complete, but again this all depends on how many patients are getting blood drawn. Overall this facility does well but wait times can be excruciating especially if you have been fasting.
The tech who was assigned my lab order blew out my vein. Seemingly causing me pain on purpose.
Be aware: the "1pm lunch" means everyone stops working by 12: 45, and doesn't start again until significantly after 2pm. If your entire facility is going to take a 2+ hour lunch, at least do the courtesy of not lying and claiming it's only an hour.
I came 30 minutes before 12: 00pm. Was rejected and told to come three days after. I simply wanted my bloodwork done.
Staff friendly and efficient. Been there where the wait was around 30min, then 10min.next time. Staff always great.
Lobby was clean, check in process was half digital check in / front desk. I did a walk in and was seen in 15 mins. Doctor who took my blood was personable and skilled, no pain from the blood draw. Highly recommend
Came to Lapcorp this morning, March 28,2022 because I had to get my blood drawn. Everyone was so pleasant and my wait time wasn't long at all. I was happy about that.
But regarding my blood work. I have really deep, rolling veins. I am so grateful to God that He gave me Sandy. What a sweet spirited person she is. She found my vein with no problem and I didn't feel anything.
Thanks Sandy.
Took forever just to get blood work done…over two hours. This visit costed me over $200 because it took so long and I had to leave work to do it. Don’t go here if you’re looking for somewhere quick.
One tech hurt me when she was drawing blood. Damage the vein in my arm. It took over 3 months for it to heal.
This location is fantastic. The staff here is absolutely wonderful. I have been coming to this loclocation 4 to 6 times per year for several years now. I won't go anywhere else.
Avoid this location if you care about timeliness and keeping appointments. This was the second time I've been here, second time I've been early for my appointment (per LabCorp insturctions), and second time I've waited over 30minutes to be seen. It took the technician 4 minutes to do the blood draw and all the labeling, etc. The other 45 minutes was spent waiting in my car as they asked, waiting in the lobby for them to find the right paperwork from my doctor (which they had), and waiting in the room while they sorted out a billing issue (they said I had a left over balance from a year ago, luckily I had the receipt from my payment in my email with my confirmation number). This office needs some major organizational help.
Only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the technicians have been GREAT both times I've been there. But I will never make an appointment at this location ever again.
Avoid this location, brought my daughter for routine blood work when they open at 8: 00 as a walk in. Waited over an hour because they take all appointments first. If they would have told us appointments first and you may have to wait over an hour as a walk in we would have left and made an appointment. Why does bloodwork take so long?
Worst experience ever I brought my father in law for blood work checked him in like they said it took them 2 hours to call him for his turn and don't even try calling the front desk they don't answer and they are very rude smh️️
Avoid this location if you can. They might not have a good process for when there's too many people. I took work off early to take a drug test and followed the policy of waiting outside or in my car for a text to be called up and when I did, 2 people who signed in before me went ahead of me bc they waited inside. Wasting my time and making me late to pick up my kids.
Been waiting for 2 hours. The place has patiences hanging out in front of the door and inside. No social distancing.
I had to do a drug screen for a new job and I ended up having to do a walk in appointment. I was anticipating having to wait an hour or so but it was less than that. The staff was super friendly and professional. I will definitely return if I ever need to.
