Faster waiting time than expected. Though the technician wasn't very talkative (they have a lot of people waiting) it was a great experience. I literally didn't even feel the needle go in. Two vials in like two seconds. Was a young black woman with braids. She did an excellent job thank you.

All the women there have very busy and stressful jobs but I tell ya what, they kicked but with what they have. Great experience for me. No nonsense in and out

You can never call and get a real live person but on the other hand the hours that they have listed are nothing like the reality that they are listing on their front door which looks like it's 200 years old. Just total inconsiderate conduct of a business which should know better

Horrible and HORRIFIC bedside manners… insisted on using wrong gauge syringe when trying to retrieve blood sample. So painful and disheartening, that I just went home and still haven’t found another lab to draw my blood:/

Worst management. They need to increase the staff. Waiting from last 2 hour after having an appointment. Had an appointment at 12pm and they took me inside at 2pm. This location is always having problems.

5year old starting with the attitude she has she’s a health worker she shouldn’t be coming in with attitude becuz that’s her job this person needs to be fired! And storming out saying I didn’t even want to take blood out from her anyways is soo unprofessional I’m thankful Martha stepped in she needs a Raise and you need to Fire Stacy

This is a terrible location. The wait is over 1.5 hours for a simple blood test. I have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for a blood test. This location has more business than it can sustain, and thats not a good thing as a customer.

The woman who did the test for me had a very bad attitude, an older female staff with glasses. She is in charge of the first chair on the left side of the room.
I've been there twice and both times she had a bad attitude and this time it was even worse. She was very impatient when I didn't understand what she was saying about the test procedure. She even kept rolling her eyes.
I'm not a nurse, but you are!
Can you please have some patience and be professional? I should have told her to her face, what makes you so rude? If you don't want to do your job, just quit!

Anyway, I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here, please find a friendly testing facility that knows how to treat people with respect!

The workers are very very rude and you wait 2 hours plus outside. Cant make a appt for 2 weeks out and still you wait

I recommend this place the staff are friendly and helpful. They do their best to get people tested as soon as possible.

Don't come here without an appointment. Very busy location. The staff is not very courteous. The lady helping people when they come in telling them to check in and leave paperwork in the basket then wait outside. It's not what she said but the tone that made it sound rude. I was called in to have my blood drawn the lady seemed to give me a lecture about drinking water. I told I do drink water but not to lecture me. I'm not sure I'll be back to this location.

Horrible customer service ever, the crew doesn’t care about your time even if you have a schedule they make you wait for more than an hour outside in the heat, unprofessional and rude!

Some team members are very nice and others are rude even if asked a question they give you attitude been coming to this place for quite some time and every service is different

Good staff.
Quick sometimes. Depends on what time you go. Clean. Kinda of a small space, but thats okay.

Place opens up at 12pm on Fridays, I show up 12: 30pm to get a blood test and the building is locked. I call and they told me they went to lunch at noon. They took off to lunch the hour they were suppose to open? Rather just pay the $ with my doctor. Very unprofessional.

If you’re doing a walk in for lab work, dropping off anything, you’ll need to sign into the check in kiosks by the front entrance. Follow the prompts, and enter in your information and have your insurance info/ID ready to enter. The kiosks take pictures of your cards. The lab will most likely text you when they’re ready if you happen to be waiting outside, or they’ll call out your name.

Staff was nice. Front desk was helpful even when I called to ask about a question. My walk in time for blood work at 6: 30am was about 45 mins (I arrived at 6: 20am), so it’s expected. If you’re doing a walk in, just make sure to drop off your order at the front basket. Hope this helps.

Front desk lady had such a snarky attitude, completely rude i just asked a question and she seemed upset i’m on chemotherapy, tired, i don’t need the attitude it’s not my fault you’re having a bad day!

I come here all the time and make appt. I don't wait that long when I do. You just check in on phone when they send the link prior to appt. Now they have where after you check in you leave paperwork in tray. I never seen this before. I was waiting in line to give my paperwork and this front office employee black women, I felt was rude and abrupt, no customer service or good morning or hello or anything! Ask me if I checked in, and to leave my paperwork in basket. Would it hurt to say good morning or hello. Well I said good morning and she said nothing! I always come here and everyone is usually really nice front desk staff. But she has bad customer service or people's skills. Lab staff who checks insurance, which I believe takes your blood was nice. And another front desk employee has treated me nice when I came, but other staff employee no excuse for bad demeanor! I never seen the sign below, but seems the lobby was more than 4 ppl, they tried to reinforce, but when I left was 7 ppl in lobby!
