2My first experience at this location was great. The staff were very helpful and to my surprise the lab order was already in their electronic system. Considering my first experience, I went again a second time without making sure I had a physical copy of the lab order and was told none of the 4 orders the doctor had placed, weeks apart, were available and I'd have to bring in a physical copy. He was not helpful, scoffed under his breath, and made me feel like I was a nuisance for not having my paperwork. My son is a frequent visitor to get lab work and I have always had trouble with LabCorp. I will give credit to the first experience I had but the second quickly became what I'm used to when dealing with this company.
A friend had a minor operation. I drove him from Bakersfield back to Porterville. The Dr and staff were awsome.
