A simple bloodwork test took my wife over an hour to get here. Compare this with Quest Diagnostics, where I recently was in an out in 10 mins.

Lady at the front desk is so disrespectful to the elderly. To sit there and see how she talks to people is simply astonishing. If you don't like dealing with people maybe you shouldn't be in a profession where u constantly have to. Ridiculous

The front desk is always busy and could be more courteous/friendly. On the other hand, the doctor that drew blood was very cool and understanding.

I have been reading reviews for Lab Corps and was a little intimidated but I must say another patient at my doctors office recommended this one and I am so glad I went to this one. They were all really nice and got me in and out with no time. I didn’t even have an appointment. It is also difficult to draw my blood and Jennifer did it with one try YAY! I don’t even do reviews but I felt I need to for this! Thanks to them and Happy Holidays!

I had to get some bloodwork, and of course, it was a last-minute situation, so I couldn't make an appointment because appointments were not available until December. The website didn’t mention anything about walk-ins, so I panicked a little. Luckily, one of my coworkers mentioned that she went on a Saturday and was able to walk in. BUT, she said that when she went, the line was super long. So she advised me to go early. They open at 7: 30a, so I got there at 6: 50a. When I arrived, there were already two people lined up. When 7: 30a came, they let four people in at a time. They have kiosks where we check-in and input your info. That took only 2 mins, and after checking in, I was able to go in the room. The lady was super quick, and I was out by 7: 45a. With that being said, I HIGHLY recommend getting there early or else expect to be there all day. The staff was nice and helpful. I'm so grateful for my coworker! She saved me hours of my time.:)

A thin African American woman in her 50s, with a hair tied up in a bun, looks miserable working here and perhaps needs to find a new job. I walked in and she yelled, "Wait outside; we'll come get you. " Even a fast food restaurant associates know how to say, "Good morning. " As an executive of a Fortune 500 company, I feel that this associate will benefit from being trained again with a close supervision. On the other hand, a short Latina associate, in her late 30s, was nice to greet us with "Good morning" and asked how she could help us. I hope there will be more associate like this Latina woman because there are many other labs that we could rather use.

I checked in on the pad scanned my ID and was told to wait in the lobby due to Covid and that I will called when ready. The lady that was directing patient didn’t asked for my prescription. I waited patiently for an hour downstair. It has been an hour so I went back upstairs ask how much longer because I have a 1030am doctor appointment also. The lady tells me that she doesn’t have my prescription.
The point it that she didn’t even take the initiative to ask for my prescription. She is rude and doesn’t care about patients. She needs to learn to give a hoot about the patient. I am a health care provider and I make sure my patient is informed at all time. I will never go to this Lab Corp.

Wow I walked in to this labcorp, literally only two people waiting and said it was a 2 hour wait with no appointment. I don’t know how that could be when there wasn’t anyone really waiting. Won’t be coming to this place again. I know it’s a Saturday but 2 hours.

I got there at 10: 55 am and they said they were closed. And the website says they close at 3: 00pm. And the staff there were so rude and almost pushed me out! Don’t come here.
